Tip for your wrench drawers, get some metal coil hydraulic hose protector and use that to line up all your wrenches, keeps them much better organized and it’s way more compact than other types of organizers

You need a CP 717 or a ATS 7x air hammer. They are the best for working on anything bigger than a car. Blows the snap on out of the water.

Definitely need to carry brass barb unions for all those smaller coolant lines that get holes/ cuts, and CAC couplers. I do lots of service calls for that stuff and batteries.
I like how you have the ghost lettering type on the doors of the service body, rather than on the doors of the actual truck

Aerosol organization in our service truck drove me crazy for about a year until I cut a bunch of 3 or 4” long pieces of exhaust pipe and welded them together side by side and the cans fit perfectly and don’t fall over when you take one or 2 cans out

Take the 3 bolts out from the bottom of the steering Column and take out the blue with grey wire or the blue with white (not 100% sure which one)from the ignition harness and tape it up. That’ll cure the door chime
Okay, now how do you do that on a 2003 chevy pickup? :) I'm always sayin, there's gotta be a way to shut that dam thing off lol

This setup is wild as fuck. Literally have everything you need for any occasion the amount of time and money you must of spent on that setup is crazy, but then again I’m sure it will save you that money in the long run. Love your tool box tours man. One day il have some setup like that.

That door alarm is alarming as fuck but the best trucks out there.
Don't worry about organizing too much right now.. You'll pull all that shit out and redo it 5 or 6 times. Then, about every week you'll rearrange a drawer. It's a never ending cycle. Lol
Check out my service truck tour, mainly the wrench drawers. I think you'll benefit from how I have mine organized. Unless you're dead set on foam. I use a big d-ring/carabiner thing. (I can't remember what they're actually called..) Trust me, it helps a ton. Lol. I couldn't stand having my wrenches thrown in there.
You definitely have a pretty comprehensive set up, shouldn't be much you can't do. You still have the shop boxes up and running, or you planning on just working out of the truck?

Love the truck man! Just some friendly advise that I’ve learned the hard way in my service truck. I don’t store chemicals above my inverter or chargers anymore. Had a tote of mineral spirits bust open while driving and wiped out the inverter and ruin my most important tool, my microwave. Haha

Iv seen trucks that cost more than peoples houses and this isn't one of them there's a guy I watch and he has a older freight liner truck and just in tools he has costs more than justins service truck but I still like watching justin's channel none the less puts out good content
