I wish I could, I tried myself doing some research on how AI and Machine Learning works, but I have to say... pretty much all resources I could find were absolute garbage.... I'll have to learn it myself my own way in a way I'm comfortable with before I can even attempt to teach it
The password doesn't need to be long, just add two special characters like the German 'ä' and slavic 'ć', or even better, a cyrillic letter like 'ж'. Example pass: MikeäHoustonж' Because password lists are language sensitive, you wan't find much mixing of different languages.
I actually 👍 did this in 2018, but at that time there were no tutorials so I had to read long threads for every smallest problem I faced during the process. I am from mechanical ⚒️ engineering background, so even basic issues were serious for me. I succeeded 🎉 in like 2 months and hacked 4-5 networks and got fed up for my laptop being slow to run password list 📚 combinations.
Hey.Im also planning on becoming a mechanical engineer in the future. Just curious, how good is your laptop and how long did it take to crack an average password?

Windows automatically stores the password entered.
@@KianBrose Yeah haha, in the mall, I went on the display computers and got the password of the internet. It's pretty cool, I'd suggest you make a video on it if you'd like.
(hopefully) useful information: This won't work with WPA3 networks, and some other auth types. This can be made to work with meshes, but be aware: deauthing a device will likely make it connect to a different AP you're not monitoring. Either monitor multiple at once, or predict which one it will connect to and monitor that, if possible. Might take a few tries. This can work with 5ghz but you need to set some extra flags, check the documentation and/or man pages. Be aware that deauthing can cause the target to connect to 2.4ghz instead if available. It'll also help if you know your target channel in advance, cause scanning all 5ghz channels with airodump takes some time and has significant delay. 6ghz (wifi 6e) support exists but is a bit finicky, check the documentation. You might have to manually supply the frequency instead of channels. If your attack fails, try several wordlists, not just rockyou.txt. But if they all fail, you can try a bruteforce with aircrack or hashcat (better). But honestly, don't bother. You won't find the password in time. Though if you have more information about your target you might be able to generate a custom word list with possible passwords.
Yep! Had a few people mention that wpa3 patches it, but since people tend to use the cheapest Chinese router that comes included in their Internet plan it's virtually unpatched

Again like they have to manually connect it again... It was fun while it lasted, i got suspended for a week 😂
@@KianBrose thanks brooo, i was able to connect again today but only at the wifi at computer lab and the library It took a quite an effort but i had to lay low and pretend i won't do it again I haven't told anyone about this especially my friends and im enjoying surfing the internet 🙏
0:28 no it does not contain the encrypted password. The actual password is not sent over the air during this process. Instead, the password ( hashed version of the password) resides within the access point (router), and the client device uses it to compute the PMK (Pairwise Master Key) locally. This PMK is what's exchanged during the handshake to establish the secure connection. SO long story short, the client and the router both solve a math problem and if the answers match, it means the password is valid and the router accepts the connection.
Fantastic video! Basically put reams of network pen testing knowledge into one, concise video relevant enough for the average person. Just in terms of the prevention side of this... WPA3 would basically render (almost?) any attempt of a deauth attack (at least, in the ways I know of) to work. I could be wrong however. Would you update the prevention methods you mentioned 2 years after uploading this video?
Correct, wpa3 patches this, the problem is that 99% of people tend to use the shitty chinese 4$ router that their isp sends them which as far as ive seen never supports wpa3

Can you do A.I for idiots. I love your videos. The unapologetic idiot that I am only would understand your videos only.
I wish I could, I tried myself doing some research on how AI and Machine Learning works, but I have to say... pretty much all resources I could find were absolute garbage.... I'll have to learn it myself my own way in a way I'm comfortable with before I can even attempt to teach it
I'm still looking for the big red "steal your neighbour's wifi" button on my laptop 😊
Yeah... For educational purpose. Nothing else............
Of course
My brain hurts! This is why I'm not a coder.
lol ok
Going to use this method on my own wifi to see if my password is safe or not!
GREAT IDEA! I think I'll try that too!
background on the left... those plates look awesome
thanks for your honesty
Thanks for the watch and comment
The password doesn't need to be long, just add two special characters like the German 'ä' and slavic 'ć', or even better, a cyrillic letter like 'ж'.
Example pass: MikeäHoustonж'
Because password lists are language sensitive, you wan't find much mixing of different languages.
good point
Can you make video of how to make nuclear bomb ( education purpose) 💀

“I Gave a Homeless Man an ACTIVE BOMB! (for educational purposes)”
Oh my goodnes. I would have failed in my exams had I not seen this. Thanks😉😉
fr? tf were they teaching u
I actually 👍 did this in 2018, but at that time there were no tutorials so I had to read long threads for every smallest problem I faced during the process. I am from mechanical ⚒️ engineering background, so even basic issues were serious for me. I succeeded 🎉 in like 2 months and hacked 4-5 networks and got fed up for my laptop being slow to run password list 📚 combinations.
ayy nice!
Hey.Im also planning on becoming a mechanical engineer in the future. Just curious, how good is your laptop and how long did it take to crack an average password?
With great power comes great responsibility

I'am not really an idiot (in life) lol, but maybe I'll watch.
xD
Straight to the point video!
Maybe on another video you can give a little more explanation on the description and purpose of each feature.
Ah unfortunately this method is a bit outdated nowadays
Super gaaf man; wil meer van zulke korte maar krachtige video's 💪
Very educational.
"Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today!"
"Ethical"
Dont think people would use it Ethicaly tbh.
I need to say its ethical otherwise i cant upload it
Every hacking tutorial guy: "This is for educational only, and you shouldn't try to hack"
You really shouldn't
You really shouldn't
since u dropped the video, everyone is a cyber security student suddenly
lol
Me watching this knowing I definitely wont do this. Probably. Definitely 100% not do this.
lol
Windows Users Be Like:
Am I a joke to you??
netsh wlan show profiles
netsh wlan show profile network-name key=clear
Edit: Only works with a wireless connection, ethernet won't work.
I dont know enough about windows syntax to know what that does but it does look pretty scuffed indeed
@@KianBrose Displays All previously connected network connections in CMD and typing the key=clear command show's the password in clear text. (If you're using an computer without wifi availability, it'll show "The Wireless AutoConfig Service (wlansvc) is not running." unless you have a motherboard that supports wifi.
Windows automatically stores the password entered.
@@foau4760 oh interesting, didn't know that but will definitely come useful when i get to use someone else's pc xD ty
@@KianBrose Yeah haha, in the mall, I went on the display computers and got the password of the internet. It's pretty cool, I'd suggest you make a video on it if you'd like.
(hopefully) useful information:
This won't work with WPA3 networks, and some other auth types.
@@KianBrose mhm true, most home networks are currently vulnerable. just thought i'd mention it for the 4 people who are already on wpa3 and wondering why it's not working lol
This video is certainly helpful
A college student myself is able to watch RUclips and play video games all day connecting to other students wifi or the school
It was certainly fun until i got caught i was too careless sharing it with friends
I explained how i did it (didn't said who really thought me and that was you) The school acknowledged what i did because, i learned more in the IT course by just borrowing books from the library or talking to some students (the borrowing books was a lie)
A lot of students were mad at me and even the school wifi hasn't been on for weeks because they had to change the password and make it more secure and can only be connected to specific devices such as school computers and teachers cellphones and other electronics... Again like they have to manually connect it again...
It was fun while it lasted, i got suspended for a week 😂
lol
@@KianBrose thanks brooo, i was able to connect again today but only at the wifi at computer lab and the library
It took a quite an effort but i had to lay low and pretend i won't do it again
I haven't told anyone about this especially my friends and im enjoying surfing the internet 🙏

How to kill somone (educational)
what??😂
0:28 no it does not contain the encrypted password. The actual password is not sent over the air during this process. Instead, the password ( hashed version of the password) resides within the access point (router), and the client device uses it to compute the PMK (Pairwise Master Key) locally. This PMK is what's exchanged during the handshake to establish the secure connection. SO long story short, the client and the router both solve a math problem and if the answers match, it means the password is valid and the router accepts the connection.
interesting, thought it was the hash
I didn't know Agent Cody Banks had a RUclips channel 😮

Fantastic video! Basically put reams of network pen testing knowledge into one, concise video relevant enough for the average person. Just in terms of the prevention side of this... WPA3 would basically render (almost?) any attempt of a deauth attack (at least, in the ways I know of) to work. I could be wrong however. Would you update the prevention methods you mentioned 2 years after uploading this video?
Correct, wpa3 patches this, the problem is that 99% of people tend to use the shitty chinese 4$ router that their isp sends them which as far as ive seen never supports wpa3
Wow, that was amazing, and a firehose of new info. I completely understood everything you said, though I won't remember any of it. Is there any tool or script that automates the process?
iirc theres things like wifite nowadays
Thanks, I will now educate myself
