I was just about to give up tonight...but i remembered hearing this song in college, pulled it up...now i am encouraged again. Thank God for giving this song to Deitrick Haddon.....
Didn’t know how powerful this song was at 8 but it was my favorite gospel song as a kid. Now at 26 this song has the same power and even more relatable as an adult. This song is really timeless and brings chills to me every time I hear it. Praise God 🙌🏽
Same here. I was 8 when my mom had the cassette tape and she used to be playing it so much. My mom, my siblings and I couldn’t get enough of the album, and now that I’m 27, going on 28, this is not a powerful song I can relate to, but also my everyday prayer for the rest of my life, even when I get married

God know this song ministered to me so much during my recovery in 2000-2002 frm a car wreck. I hit a tree going 75 miles an hour. Died twice on table, was in a coma 13 days, paralyzed frm neck down, broken pelvis(screws left), crushed tibia bone(prosthesis replaced), total left hip replacement, I had a closed n head injury(memory loss), my spinal chord has two screws in it, I was a vegetable. I had to learn to walk, talk, everything over again. This song kept my fight going strong. 1

This is my prayer daily. "LORD PLEASE DON'T LET ME FALL again." Falling is so easy, getting back up is the HARD part. PLEASE GOD, HELP ME TO STAND. And Lord if I do fall help me to immediately get back up. I may fall but I don't have to stay down there. This is what a true relationship with and a true love for God is all about. It is good to know that God can and will help us back up when we repent and ask for his help. GOD IS ALWAYS FAITHFUL to us although we are not always faithful to Him.

Deitrick Haddon has truly taken off for the Lord. It is a blessing to hear him glorify the Lord. I heard this song for the first time on 02/09/2013. I will forever remember this day. It is the day God made me whole. It is so awesome to not only be a better person through Christ but to made whole. I sit here listening to this song and holding back tears. God is real. If you fall, repent and hit reset and just start over, DOnt dwell on the guilt of the fall just repent, say God im sorry from your heart and start over again, God knows we fall but He's there to pick us up. Satan wants us to stay down and pout and roll around in the guilt to trick us into being paralyzed in it, but repent, reset and run for the LORD again, do God's will.
