When I first started getting into baseball Albert Pujols was at the height of his powers so I’ve always been fond of and followed the Cardinals since hope they can retool properly and give Goldy and Arenado one last shot at a title 🙏🏼
@stavensportscards 🤣 We may have, but I'm getting old and forgetful! Me too, but it looks like they're gonna have to do a rebuild they are too tight to build a true contender. They keep doing the minimum to stay "competitive."

What year is the wide pen from? That Ferrell is sick. I also contend the Uehara's 2013 was one of the best seasons for a closer. His numbers other than save totals are out of this world.
I believe 1936 it’s really cool. Well, there are definitely bigger seasons by closers in terms of saves and run prevention Id agree his season was one for the books start to finish. Thanks for watching!
@@stavensportscards He only had 21 saves b/c he was put into the closer role late, BUT, he had a 1.09 ERA, 9 walks (9!!!!!) to 100 strikeouts, and a WHIP of 0.565. His ERA+ was 379. I've never see that before.
