    so im confused. i got a 20 hp merc thats oil injected, and im confused what oil the oil injector is using, is it the oil from the crank case? or is it a seperate reservoir, I can't find the answer anywhere and I don't wanna mess anything up

      Are you talking about a 2 stroke engine? Do you mix oil with your fuel? It sounds like you might have that based on you stating that it’s “oil injected”. Two stroke engines have oil and fuel constantly flushing through the upper but you do need to change the gear oil in the lower still. I hope this helps.

    Do you know what the vent below the tell tale is? Center of the 2 covers going down the leg.

      Sorry for the late reply here. No, I don't know what the vent is that you're talking about.
