Day 5 - Protection by Knowing God’s Word

Read Psalm 119:33-40
Memorize Psalm 119: 39
"Defend me from the criticism I face for keeping your beautiful words."
Consider: Fear is an illusion when compared to the need for fear of not knowing God. The self-discipline of staying in God’s Word casts out the fear the world brings. In His Word, we find the reassurance of His promises, we find His perfect love, which eliminates all fear.
Declare: I declare I will not allow the things of this world to become an illusion to replace the reality of living in God’s splendor.
