In the clips where he's being called oppa, jungkook is around 18-19 years old. So he's (jokingly) making sure the people calling him oppa are actually younger than him bc there's not much chance that they're older than him!

6:13 before covid in order to access a fansing is by raffle you only had to buy their albums from certain certified stores in korea but you have to have an annual membership which gives you benefits for example, raffle to access music programs in Korea, access to early purchase of concert tickets, merchandise and others, today the membership gives you access to early ticketing for concerts and exclusive merchandise

Originally A.R.M.Y was an official paid membership (annual) fan club. There was the S.Korea and Japan fanclubs (now global club included). Membership gives you an official I.D. card, audience tickets for T.V. shows opportunities , raffles for high touch (not so much anymore), fan meetings (basically a concert) , personally autographed material, pre-orders, special editions, pre-sale tickets, merchandise and content (fanclub only) and a whole lot of perks. These days any fan who loves BTS calls themselves ARMY which is awesome but the privilages come with paid membership only. Example: concert tickets offered to paid A.R.M.Y members pre-sale get first dibbs then tickets offered to the public or verified fans but the catch, we buy all the tickets so the general public has to fight in the BTS Hunger Games to try to obtain one and the reason it's so hard to get concert tickets to see BTS, its even hard for the fanclub to get tickets there are so many millions of us!

All the head bands are from the fans. 😂 Fans always bring head bands and flower for them to wear during fansign. Fans also bring gift or doll to BTS sometimes if they allow them to bring it.

bts was still doing fan signs up until the boy with luv song release. so, they did it up until 2019. I remember there was a lot of fan sign events for that song and album. and the fan signs were still very cute. very cute interactions with the boys and their fands. bts would also do high touch in Japan where you could shake hands with them or give high fives, they did this up till 2019 too. the next album for the boys was mots 7 for the boys and that was right before pandemic. so i think the fan signs and high touch stopped only because the pandemic.
some clips were missing subtitles so you didn't fully get why they were funny. Like 9:05 they were laughing because a fanboy was screaming something like "Jimin you look so cool (or beautiful I don't remember) today" and at 10:48 too Tae put the hat back on looking shocked because a fanboy loudly screamend for him to keep it on ahahaha

You don't have to be part of the fanclub to attend a fansign afaik. You randomly can get a chance to attend a fansign by buying their albums from specific stores (which is also why there's certain very dedicated frequent fansign attendees, because by buying a certain amount of albums you can basically guarantee yourself a spot in a fansign).

Oppa is the term that a female would call familiar older male (not someone like an acquaintance). Like how the boys say hyung to their older 'brothers' for a male to an older male. Oppa is female to an older male.
If you say it in regular conversation, it's the female-to-male equivalent of hyung. If you say it in a flirty, teasing tone, it's very much like 'Daddy'.

It's old video. RM always playful in fansigns. And in these old compilation people won't add RM clips. It's kind a sad. In RUclips RM fansign moments are there posted by korean armys. But in compilation we won't get. Even J-hope too. I am joon bias. It hurts. RM is more playful one. He Gets shy easily. People just don't care because he is leader.
Men don't like being called oppa when it's a person whose older than them like 30s or 40s calling them opposite when it's usually a term used by younger girls for an older male whose like a brother
