I love it! The filming is wonderful! The music perfect! And Claire’s excitement for life is contagious! Love Justin’s peaceful enjoyment, and cooking kindness! 😊
The top class photography never fails to amaze me. With that, the magical joyousness in whatever you do. This one is almost a movie. By the way hiking is the thing here. Sand sledding is okay for a small while, though the shots are sublime.
Unfortunately this is it for now. It was a short trip and we had to get back home and back to work but hopefully we can do another trip in July now that we are both vaccinated.
Awesome !Your produces are really like a TV show,I am looking forward the next episode! And Can you share more vlog about your daily life?some cozy things also make me feel relaxed;)
Claire, Justin...I love your videos so much. Those dunes look so much like those Martian sand dunes from the NASA photos. Observation, if sand dūnning the next time, traverse the sand in snowshoes. Also, I hope they get to commercial flights to Mars soon; then, I could see you two sliding down those Martian dunes in your astronaut suits. Much love from Canada. -Diane, Vancouver, Canada. @@curiousnomadic Hi “Curious”...you have a cute moniker! I left a link for you above. It’s a little video about why the large surface area of a camel’s feet allows it to walk easily over deep and shifting sand. No, I haven’t tried the snowshoe thing over sand dunes, but I do own snowshoes and I ski. Just that in theory, the larger surface area underneath a snowshoe will distribute a person’s weight over the sand to allow someone to glide over rather than sink. Same concept with the wide bubbly tires of a dune buggy. I enjoy curiosity, dear Curious. -Diane, Vancouver, Canada. MnAL05/21. 04:10 pm
@@dianefeinstein8951 Haha thanks I know why a camel's feet work and the theory behind snowshows, but they don't do you any good on already packed snow. (I live in a snowy climate). They just make it harder to walk. However on snow that is fluffy and a meter or more deep then they'll save you. You have a moniker that sounds like a politician unless you simply share her name.
@@curiousnomadic Just got in the door from school and I see your comment! Politician?! Me?! No way...for now at least...I am still 20 years old! That’ll be my mother’s age, but I am studying to major in International Politics at UBC. Okay...just learned something more about snowshoes from you today. Thanks for replying...you really made my day! Got to run to the shower now and then help my parents make supper. -Diane, Vancouver, Canada. WdAL07/21. 05:20 pm

Claire, I left a link for you below. Tap it to see Martian dunes of turquoise blue sand. So alien and beautiful at the same time. Imagine sledding down one of those. Photographed by the NASA Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. I am very impressed by your screaming Claire...it gives me pleasant ASMR skin tingles. It’ll be great if you could put together a composite video of all your collected screaming episodes and just run them back-to-back while I close my eyes and recline naked with stereo headphones into a bathtub of steamy warm water. -Diane, Vancouver, Canada. Sand sledding or hiking, which is more fun? Please settle this fight for us 😅
Love you Claire. Take me with you. I too want to explore 🥺
🙋♂️hiking
I'm with Justin on this one 👀
@@wjzijderveld EW I thought we were friends....
I'm with you Claire. sledding is just pure fun. brings back my childhood memories of sledding on the snowy hills.

You have written what I had in mind , already.

Claire your and Justin's trips are very very good. I can't get enough. Hope there are parts 3 4 and 5 for next week.

Hiking/sand running > sand sledding haha Amazingly fun couple days :)
This fight will never be over...
Dope view , cant take my eyes from this . Excellent works!! Awesome footages!!
As always, amazing cinematography!
I feel like both was the correct answer. I hate getting sand everywhere but since both options entailed that, it doesn't really matter.
Once we got a handle on how to steer and not eat it every time we went down a hill the sand situation was totally manageable too.
I'll opt for that as the correct answer too. Fun isn't zero sum, do both.
The way my heart JUST HAS STOPPED at 15:40. Omg, I wanted to scream at my screen "Claire look ahead!".
Did you also think she might die a most horrible death as she slid into the forest of sorrows?
I know your feeling. I tried sliding in white sand national park entire day.
Claire!!! come to Boulder!!! Seriously you and Justin can crash here. Come hike in RMNP!
YES YES YES! Take them to the Nepalese restaurant their first hour there, or whatever.
@@curiousnomadic O yea!
love it
Btw if that hat is yours... I lost it during the epic run down the sand dunes 😭
oops

Loved this video! And that was definitely not a fight. P.S. Thanks for finding my hat (kappa)
LOL nighty...
It would take a lot for us to actually fight haha

I always thought snowshoes made it harder to walk unless you're in super deep thigh high snow.

Hey Claire and Justin, where's you guys, long time no see.
We just did a trip to Alaska, those videos will be coming soon! We work as photographers full time so it's usually a long while between each trip.
