Directors Cut mode. You start with 25k and all perks in the game. When you complete all ee's and collect all the soul key pieces interact with the projector in any map and you'll unlock it.
No just all the base easter eggs. You can't fight meph until you unlock directors cut mode and do all the ee's again in Directors cut mode and collect all the talismans

VPRs naturally have recoil. There is a perk that allows for 0 recoil. The perk is "dead eye dewdrops."
Foregrip + deadeye dewdrops = no recoil
