If Max made a video statement naming the person who shot him, the prosecution would’ve moved forward with the trial, not drop charges do to lack of evidence. As many people that are incarcerated due to witness/victim testimony, the case would’ve been won on victim testimony alone. The video tape would’ve been allowed in court because Max’s inability to testify in person during trial would’ve been due to the actions of the defendant (allegedly). Even though I don’t know Max nor do I have an interest in NLMB, KTA, etc.., I don’t believe Max snitched because his testimony would’ve been allowed and it would’ve been crucial to the outcome of the case.
