i think you're confused with ACE wording. ( ACE cards state when "this card would leave the battle area"). Magnamon will trigger All Turn effects, caused by it stated When "This Digimon would leave the battle area". the stack itself already leaving the battle area making it not anymore a digimon but another digimon source.
