Thats my big brother right there! Danny Allen Cooksey. Son of my daddy[Danny Ray Cooksey, RIP ily dad =[] and melody cooksey. Yep i love his music. We were born in OKC mann!
That's a good point they made about the ENERGY the younger people/bands have that the older ones lose. They're right. Any older rockers who have that level of energy are perceived as younger or may be zinged as not acting our age. I keep my higher energy level and keep company with those who do with no regard to age. Excellent point! So many publicized rock groups today lack that energy and drive. Glad these pieces are preserved for another time.
Thomas is back in England still doing stuff (he's on RUclips too). Zack plays in Artificial Intellegence in SoCal with his brother. Brooks plays in a bunch of bands including Bad Religion. Danny still does voice-over work and is married with a kid in the L.A. area.
Terminate is such an Awsome Song. I Love how they pay Tribute to Arny & the Terminator Movies. You do realize Danny was the red headed kid who was John Connors friend in Terminator 2.
I grew up going to the American Legion in Del City. On Saturday nights Bob Woods Band would play very good live country music. I remember Danny Cooksey coming up and cracking jokes and then sing "Old Chunk of Coal". he was very young, but very talented. He wasn't even big enough to dance so he would stand on your feet as you led a two-step dance around the floor.
Thomas screams "Ya makin' me nervous!" Which is the name of the instrumental on their Refugee album, and they all scream it on the song. And then Brooks jokes that he wants "a tour bus with a goat on the side of it, painted, with Steve's left ear." I think he was just saying the most random thing he could think of. haha
i used to have a picture of these dudes on my wall when i was a kid...never could find any of their cd's...i was into salute your shorts at the time...
@16moviefan and Dave the Barbarian, and the Stoop Kid from Hey Arnold, and he is also Milo from Pepper Ann and Skeens from Recess, isn't he? He's done a lot of voice acting.
I met Thomas and his Dad and his roady dude at a marshall roadshow in swansea, top fuckin guys and a good laugh, I think Thom messed about with some band idea's with that Furlong kid from the terminator film.
Just thought they were a really great band so I tried to keep up with what they were doing when MySpace came around since they all had a presence on there.
i am very happy you asked......i was a teenaged black boy in the heart of chicago, thinkin i only liked girls!but when i saw Thomas........ooohh child...i knew i was not,in anyway a "straight guy"! i am 29 now,in the begining of my life as a 3rd gender!feel free to holla back!onelove!mastormy!
Yeah it;s pretty much impossible to find now.. either that or they are asking way too much for it. I had it, pawned it off with a whole bunch of other metal CD's in the early to mid 90's that I had.. that I have spent the last 5 years or so trying track down again.. you live and learn :/
theres still a lot of good music coming out today, but only if your into metal( which i am!!!!) but every other genry in music right only has complete shit coming out for it, thank god i like metal!!!!
@budnickto its amazing ho nobody of this four guys its in a good band today ! only Brooks have sucess! Maybe they started to young in drugs, and everthings go down
Thomas McRocklin...............when i first saw him.........that is when i turned into a woman!!!!!I am in the beginning of transition now!!!!!!will somone please let me know how i can contact him...like a website or somethin!!!i wanna thank him...because if it was not for him,I WOULD HAVE GONE THROUGH LIFE THINKIN I AM STRAIGHT!!
All Igot to say is thank goodness for crooked x. Today ppl think tweens playlist our filled with jonas bros. , hanah montana and what not. Kids should follow their own style and not feel so let down because most of their peers our into this processed repetitive and boring sound known as pop music.
zomby65 Yeah but Nirvana's depressive shit made a lasting impression on the music industry and helped spawn an entire genre of music. Bad4good is all but forgotten... They were nothing but Steve Vai's little boy fetish experiment that went nowhere.
Thats my big brother right there! Danny Allen Cooksey. Son of my daddy[Danny Ray Cooksey, RIP ily dad =[]
and melody cooksey. Yep i love his music. We were born in OKC mann!
One of my favorite albumns of all time.
For anyone old enough, Danny Cooksey was the little red headed kid on the sit-com "Different Strokes"!
I remember!

I owned this on VHS! The guy at my local record store saved it for me and I've wondered for years how I lost it. This is great to see again!
Wow...I had such a crush on Danny during the 2nd season of Salute your shorts when he'd let his hair grow out more.
This band is really talented.
Thomas is back in England still doing stuff (he's on RUclips too). Zack plays in Artificial Intellegence in SoCal with his brother. Brooks plays in a bunch of bands including Bad Religion. Danny still does voice-over work and is married with a kid in the L.A. area.
This whole album was awesome. Why can't today's musicians record this kind of awesomeness in today's music scene

Holy shit! The Vai himself! WTF! (Bows in reverence to the Vai)
so THATS why Budnick has a Steve Vai guitar pick LOL

Brooks was pretty tall for a 15 year old. Great drummer, big fan of his projects.
bobby budnick was a pure badass at camp anawanna.
@MetallicBill Agreed. But Danny man, geeez that kid had a voice and half! They were all phenoms.
bobby budnick...salute your shorts
I owned it. I was like 13 when it dropped. Sucks that they didn't continue. Also, Brooks Wackerman is still sexy as hell.
How cute! Danny is like a little miniature red-headed Danzig!!^_^
i used to have a picture of these dudes on my wall when i was a kid...never could find any of their cd's...i was into salute your shorts at the time...
There's a certain reckless abandon that I think mature musicians lose that these kids have an abundance of now. And you can see it.
hey that lil kid is sam from different strokes.
Well I'm 42 years old and I still Love this disc!
Robert Krahmer you wrote this 10 years ago, you're 52 years old now....you still blasting B4G?
These young Cats were amazing! I really wish they would get back together.
@16moviefan and Dave the Barbarian, and the Stoop Kid from Hey Arnold, and he is also Milo from Pepper Ann and Skeens from Recess, isn't he? He's done a lot of voice acting.
the guitarist plays the young steve vai in his video 'the audience is listening'
@budnickto Brooks is also going to be on Devin Townsends next projectl Deconstruction. Amazing.
he sounds like tiny tim "please suuur, can i go on tooah?"
DAM! 5 yrs old and shreading on guitar. I probably was finger painting at that age. haha
steve gj man you did good.
the drummer is the current drummer for Bad Religion
I met Thomas and his Dad and his roady dude at a marshall roadshow in swansea, top fuckin guys and a good laugh, I think Thom messed about with some band idea's with that Furlong kid from the terminator film.
The Clarences love & support Bad4Good!

I always wondered what the hell happened to the kid in Salute Your Shorts, I think he does voice acting these days...
bobby budnick...
I had no idea they were associated with Steve Vai.
Thanks alot!
Yeah it;s pretty much impossible to find now.. either that or they are asking way too much for it.

Thank you so much.
Do you perhaps also know what Thomas screams at 4:40 and the drummer at 5:28, a goat with Steve's left ear?
Guitarist looks like Billy Eyelish.
Stoop kids afraid to leave the stoop.
"We're in a band!" XD
en que bandas militan ahora en 2018 los chicos de esta banda
The only one that currently plays regularly is Brooks Wackerman. He is in Avenged Sevenfold.
dah, he's bobby budnick
Yeah I agree. The last 10 years or so have been terrible for rock. We need a revival, get this emo and rap-metal shit out of here.
