open your packages outside your apartment girll! a lot of these amazon packages are in in warehouses for long periods of time, an possibly over seas! and the bugs in those warehouses come with it! lol sooo yea, open all packages OUTSIDE for your apt!

Yes I agree. Larger night stands would really give her room a grander look. Also, I think hanging longer/taller curtains where the rods are closer to the ceiling, would REALLY elevate her gorgeous bedroom! She did an excellent job! 😊

Would love to see a nighttime routine. I’ve been trying to come up with one and need ideas. Love how the room came out ❤
I went to a sleep Dr (I have pretty bad insomnia). This is what she told me
1. As an adult all you need is 7hrs a sleep. So count back from the time you need to leave for work. if you need to wake up by 6am, your bed time will be 11pm.
1a. You go to bed and ger out of bed the same time every day. Even on weekends.
2. The bedroom is only for sleeping. Don't go in there unless it's bedtime.
2a. Once you are in bed, no reading, using your phone, etc. Just sleeping.
Do this every day for 3 months and you'll sleep like a baby 👶🏾 ❤.
