- Maurice Lacroix is is an independent watch brand that has been around for nearly fifty years. As well as they are known for the Aikon watch they also create unique watches with their own custom movement parts in the masterpiece line. The Maurice Lacroix collaboration with Label Noir produced a skeletonized blacked out watch that just might be the best skeleton watch on the market. With a limited run of only 288 watches being made see what Mark has to say about this watch with no dial.
Another banger! Great company on my list!
Great review. ML has some great entry and mid tier watches. Some of their best work was their early masterpieces. Dial and movement finishing were amazing.
Ok gotta check out the masterpiece line
Great video and learned a lot as always
A perfect watch for the Halloween season! Agreed it is a well executed skeleton. I love learning about brands that don’t get much press (and deserve it)
Love this content! Kudos to AWS! 🙌
Great review! Very underrated watch brand!
Learned something new about ML! GREAT VIDEO
Love a good skeleton!
What a serendipity, I didn't know much about the brand andI was watching yesterday some videos about Maurice Lacroix, because I saw the Masterpiece Retrograde Calendar and I found it stunning.
Love this, your attention to detail while talking us through the watch is fantastic.
Great video; I learned a lot about Maurice Lacroix. Thanks!
Great video Mark! I learned a little something about Maurice Lacroix. Keep up the good work! #awswatchfam #thewatchsociety #atlantainfluenceseverything
Nice work Mark. Thanks for the knowledge-share.
Outstanding vid Mark!!
I too have never been a fan of skeleton pieces, especially since being legally blind in left eye.
That said, it's a nice looking piece🤙
Continued Success Brotha👊

The professor dropping knowledges, as always. I am glad to learn more about Maurice LaCroix
An excellent video, providing a good overview of the brand and this particular model. Your framework is very interesting, but asking whether it is the "best" skeleton watch on the market seems a bit silly. I'll take the Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Tourbillon Openworked, especially if you are willing to supply the extra $100,000 needed for the purchase. And while the Maurice Lacroix is very "open", that in and of itself does not make it a beautiful object. On that front, I'll take the Cartier that you mention. Still, an interesting and informative review . . . please keep them coming!!
A brand I knew very little about, enlightening as always!
Great video!
"Great video! Well put together. Can't wait for next year's anniversary - excited for the epic releases!"
Another great video. ML has some great watches, this is one
Cool Watch! Thanks for the review!
This brand doesn't get enough love!
Well done and well said! Beautiful piece to highlight and very informative!
❤❤
Very informative video - keep them coming!!
Great video and beautiful watch! As far as skeletons, I still like my Oris X
Great video! Made me go look into this model.
"everything" thought of except for lume on the second hand and lume to mark the 12 position and no auto winder, and the printing on the crystal is really distracting from the movement. When I searched for this one while watching your video I found it was $7k, and I would almost rather build my own skeleton watch with a cheap HZ2189 movement with fewer compromises or spend the same money on a no date submariner where the only compromise is the lack of transparency, but at night you can't see a skeletonized movement anyway. Maybe the person who buys this watch also has staff to hand wind all their watches every day.
Not my favorite skelly, but great video as usual
Love skeleton watches! Wasn’t familiar with ML til now
❤️💪🏿
Great job with the information and how you present the watch. I am planning to buy a watch in January. and I was checking the ML mp7228-ss001-000-1 or the ML mp6538-ss001-110-1 ( another option is the TagHeuer AquaRacer wbp5115-ba0013) what do you recommend?
Those are three very different watches, the ML skeleton would be my recommendation if you like the look of a skeleton. The triple retrograde is cool, if you think it is a bit big on you check out the Longines Master collection retrograde as well. I am not the biggest fan of the aquaracer line, but I. Not a big dive watch guy, I prefer the look of an Oris diver 65 or Aquis

Great video! 👍🏻
Great video!
