Currently working on my final year project on Concrete, I would be much grateful if you could teach " design mix" according to British Standards( BS Standards)
Hi Tyler, have you got a simple video on how to use the Nerst Equation. My brains hurting from trying to work it out. Thanks, love your videos. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊
Thanks for the message! I have done some of this here: ruclips.net/video/rv-JwoRfV0E/видео.html I do think it is a good idea to look more in-depth to this topic.
Yeah, I see the link to the spreadsheet is not working. I just created one, but how to post it?? Edit: reply to me and I can email it to you. And if you're good with posting files online, you can do that too!
@@kellydoenog403 If you DO want the FM calculator, reply to me with your email address, but you'll probably have to disguise it with the domain first, then the first part so it isn't deleted by RUclips. I'll get an email that you you replied, and the address will be there. Then, after about 5 minutes, just delete your post here and no one will see it.
You're multiplying by 100, only to then divide by 100. Redundant and unnecessary. I know what you're going to say: That's just the way it's done.' I'm not trolling you, and I like your vids and I'm getting ready to take the PE exam.
"The fineness modulus is a pretty cool tool". I disagree. I think measurements like FM actually lead people astray. FM does not give a well-defined knowledge of the size distribution, in terms of specific surface area, median or spread in the distribution. A single number should not be the goal; instead, meaningful physical properties should be the goal, even if it is a little more complicated than a single number.
Taking a HWay engineering course online and this material is impossible to learn with no teacher. So thank you I’m subbed
Very nice explantaion, Direct to the point!
Wish you could replace my construction materials professor! Thank you for this
I watched many of your videos, it is great really. You deserve doctorate in teaching. I love the way you explain
Thank you Senthamil!!! That is such an awesome compliment. I really appreciate it.
@@TylerLey does it means that the info. of the sieve are not important?
Oh BABY....Your SO good to US! Can you upload another EXCEL Spread for us!

Just fantastic
Pleasure to watch your knowledge video.
Precise and descriptive. Thank you sir
Hey you are just awesome dude some of best explanation
Please upload the spreadsheet again
hello there, wanted to ask if, how can you conclude that your fineness modulus is either, very fine, medium or coarse?
The link no longer available?
Good morning Sir, I would be grateful if I get your excel sheet for finding the fineness modulus
THANK YOU!
Absolutely amazing video. Thank you.
Hi mr Ley thanks alot for these informatiions < link of excell file is not working ,would you please reload the limk again, thanks.
why dont you include PAN in the total?
very help ful sir thanks for the vedio
its great video, thank you
Nice explanation Dr.
Thanks!

Shaan,
I am sorry but I don't. Good luck!
Thank you
How about rosin rammler sperling diagrams
Thank you sir happy new year! Kindly make a video for concrete mix design allowable field adjustment aci variation.
Thanks for the message!

Thanks dr tyler !!
Thank you Hamza.
to the point! Thank you!
New Year... new content? Aerated concrete please. Thanks. You're Dr. Concrete!
It is coming, slowly! I made some good progress on it last week. Lots of different efforts already trying to get my time.
does it means that the info. of the sieve are not important?
Thank you very much engineer
Thank you for watching.
At 1:51 video ia stopped and buffering for 1 hour while other videos are running smoothly
Why????😖
Hi, how do you calculate FM of mixed aggregates?
Thank you...
Thank you!

Hey. At 3:20 why do you not add 100 to the cumulative percent retained/100?
kinda late but I think it's because the final one isnt a sieve, it was the pan. FM only considers sieves used.
Good one Sir..!!
Thanks!!
You should release new videos
good
File is deleted!!!
