If this stock was hit by the officer on the ground, how did the projectile not penetrate Crooks' shoulder, if he was holding the rifle in a shooting position? Where's the autopsy report on Crooks?
he had it in front of him and the bullet would go over his right shoulder given the angle.
His hand is all bloody, if you look at the footage of his body on the roof.
There was a witness earlier on that said he watched his hand get blown off.

Yes, exactly. I also want to know all the people involved that did not use "voice to text" technology. Seems like the LEOs all at one time or another texting or otherwise looking at there phones. Not good for observation of threats if you spend critical moments sending texts or reading texts

@@ifv2089 no it dont. Audio analysis sugest that the repory from the first and second series was not from the same place. They where close, but not sufficently so. About 30 feet between.
While that do sugest that crocks shoot one series, it also sugest there was a second rifle.
There are also inconsitancy in how SS act vs how they should act. Why the second story sniper didnt spot crocks.

Why did the sniper shoot crooks to begin with. His rifle was alreddy disabled. There really was no reason to shoot him at that stage.

Why fbi power washed the crime sceen and removed it. That is not how investigation works. They by law have to let other agency look at evidance specifically to stop coverups. Not only that there was a housr investigation that is the top level of investigation.
Crools body was crimated before local coriner could do a investigation. This is straight up illegal.

There was half a dozen people on the hill filming crooks while the shots were being fired. Where are all those videos? Still with the FBI??? I have seen one, and it shows no movement of Crooks or the weapon when the first shot was fired.
Its also strange that 3min before the shooting, an outside cop sees Crooks on the roof and radios out: "someone is on the roof". The other cops respond by all running down the stairs of the 2nd floor and exiting the building instead of simply looking out the window to see who is on the roof?
The stock is collapsed in the second pic. The buffer tube is what you see in the hole in the stock.
@@randallsmith4685 I believe it may be the interior tube that the buffer tube rides in. The buffer is forward just behind the receiver. The spring that operates the buffer would be at that end. So it looks like the plastic splatter that hit Crooks was from the outside of the stock. Some video would clear it up.
@rudolfyakich6653 Buffer and spring live in the buffertube. Tube screws into the lower receiver and is captured by the castle nut. I've built dozens of ARs.
It's the undamaged buffer tube you can see when the stock is fully collapsed, that's all yes.

One thing that is becoming clear, secret service or any law enforcement, did not ever have any intentions
of being on the rooftop of the AGR building, its perfectly clear they had no ladder on sight, and had no given any thought on how to access the roof.
Its amazing Crooks knew exactly how to access the roof, and he did it without being noticed.

How is possible the SWAT guy was able to aim and make a shot almost in movement from the ground, just 2-3 seconds after Crooks and the CS from a rooftop took more than 10 seconds to remove the threat !!??? Unbelievable !!!
Probably because the CS sniper on ground heard there was a GUY ON THE ROOF. Where as the SS snipers were just looking at the cops on the ground running around and didn't know there was a guy on the roof.
SWAT guy had the radio information advantage and once he had shot at Crooks, Crooks dropped down. Nobody near the Podium saw Crooks from then until he popped up 10 seconds later. If he was visible, the SWAT guy would have taken another shot in those 10 seconds, right?

The ESU guy on the ground, wanted to STOP the shooter and is the hero who saved our President, the shot on the move from the ground hit Crooks’s rifle temporarily STOPPING him.
The slow reaction by SS snipers with SCOPED rifles in a fixed position could not ‘see’ Crooks, but the ESU guy did from the ground…, it is just unbelievable that SS did not react faster than a running officer on the ground. Unless SS was told to stand down…or to ignore the shooter on the roof…then it makes us surmise this was an intentional hit…OMG I hope it is not true…

The white van was from Az registration to one Max Yearick. Whom matches the body on the roof .
The rifle lying on the roof, about 8 feet away from the dead body, was captured on police body cam.. It had a solid stock, not open or broken.. So the AR15 being shown here is not the one used in the shooting.
Why didn't they put their sirens on to warn of the danger.
They likely were unaware, at that moment, that the USSS had neglected to pick up their radios that morning, so they wouldn't be thinking of ways of contacting/alerting them, assuming that they're already listening in on comms and situationally aware.

Witnesses saw crooks with the gun and yelled out to police about it.
My only problem with the stock story is this... By the setup on the rifle and the backup 45 degree sights, Crooks was right handed. The officer on the ground that took the shot that hit the stock was to the right of Crooks, or on Crooks left side. That means if Crooks had the rifle shouldered and ready to fire at the time the officer on the ground took a shot, his round would have had to go through Crooks mouth and exited near his right upper jaw in order to hit the stock. If Crooks was left handed, it would be a direct unimpeded hit. So now I'm wondering if Crooks wasn't actually ready to fire when the stock was hit and was actually changing positions to get a better line of sight.
I saw a pic of his head (postmortem whilst still on the roof) and he did appear to have damage to his mouth and teeth. It looked like a round exited the upper right side of his neck. I think you're correct or very close in your observation.
I'll be darned, the stock was hit. That would be right next to his shoulder, so that one hurt. I will have to go back to look at the weapon on the roof to see how I missed that damage.

Greg Nichol is the cop who abandoned his post to look for Crooks, essentially swapping his position with Crooks.
If only there was some sort of audible warning device on the police car that could alert everyone that there's an issue .

ss not picking up those radios was not a mistake. in another report, I forget which, it says that those radios record all commo. ss did not record their own commo, supposedly, so they certainly didn't want anyone else to capture their commo.
If they had picked them up, it wouldn't have been the field officers using them, it would have been people in the command centre relaying back and forth between the SS and local channels. They could still have kept SS talk to themselves, so I don't think your argument for why the didn't pick up the radios holds up.

Why did nobody radio call to Greg who they would assume is still in position at the 2nd story window when they new someone was on the roof with a gun and then after he had fired. Why wouldnt Greg go straight back to his window position rather than walk out the door and stand outside looking up?

SS didn’t willingly allow it to happen; SS didn’t know the suspect was armed until the first shot.

SS had no way to communicate with LE and I believe, Grey says something about them not picking up that equipment. I'm guessing lower level people are doing an awesome job, but someone kind of horrific failure happened here.

Who owned the big white GMC van in which assassin Crooks was driving around or probably was bein driven around ? Crooks had gone over to a gun store to buy ammunition that fateful morning of the rally in a white GMC van. Whose fingerprints were on the steering wheels and the door of the write van used by the shooter that fateful day.. I like the local police and the Secret service. They found a drone and a dash cam inside the white van with Arizona plates. Was the dashcam accessory fitted on the white van in working condition or out of order? The initial investigators initially checked the white van. The investigators suddenly left he van, and soon after, the white van was towed away. A local witness of the towing process was seen in a RUclips video, where he mentioned that the white van of the shooter had Arizona plates and was being towed away. The big white van may have been near a gas station in Butler, PA. Does this mean that an Iranian militant owned the white van? Does the big white GMC van belong to an Iranian diplomat The white van was towed after the assassination attempt in a flat bed tow truck with Pennsylvania plates. That other RUclips video had earlier shown the white van being towed away on the flat bed tow truck. That RUclips video of the white van may have been removed from the Internet. A few days later the van was found about 10 miles away from the rally, according to an online comment supposedly by a local civilian, where that online comment was inside a RUclips video. Since there is no talk about the van, this implies that an Iranians national did not own the big GMC van. Crooks was probably driven around on that rally day, as he as a 20 year old young adult used to driving only smaller sedan vehicles such as the Sonata.

There were two trees blocking the way.
Looking at the spot of the 9th shot hit on the gun, crooks must have been pretty exposed. The shooter was standing on ground level, and hit the back of the gun? The gun has to have been higher up, or over the centre of the roof.
Exactly what I was thinking. The ridge of the roof is pretty thick enough to hide the rifle. He must have really been over that ridge for the officer to hit the stock
@@rdiaz78065 it’s possible the rifle got hit by the sniper. The bullet entered around his left eye, and exited around his right ear. The big poef of hair could’ve been the exploding parts of the handle. We need to interview the swat member, and ask the position of the rifle, when he got hit the second time.

The photo of the broken down rifle and back pack: The rifles stock is collapsed. That is why there is a tube inside the broken out portion of the stock.
The explosives are in the trunk of a sedan. Hoping the FBI states make of sedan, plus explains what was up with the Van that was towed away near the Sheetz.
One of them looks like a fuel based device more of a distraction than an explosive.
The van was something unrelated. It just happened to be on the same day as the shooting.

On Rumble there is an uncensored version of body cams from the rooftop right after the sh00ting. It shows the r*fle with the left side upright (the picture here shows the right side upright), and the damage on the stock, plus a deformation on the buffer tube and possibly even where the bu*let may have gone through the buffer tube. I’m new here and in the rules it says to not promote other channels, so I won’t say what the channel is unless I’m told it’s OK to do so. [5:02] They were provided with radios from the locals. Presetup, told all during planning were to pick them up. In the day of the rally, no one in Secret Service took a radio. 🤨

Maybe they didn’t know there were windows there, maybe they forgot, maybe the windows were locked, maybe the windows were blocked, maybe they were staying at their position, maybe they were looking for the suspect.
Lots of reasons for not using the windows to get on the roof.
I heard someone say that the 2nd floor window is probably where the suspect accessed the roof... But that's sounds like a "conspiracy theory..."

There are multiple videos of the suspect crossing the AGR rooftops from north to south.
Also, the explosive device pictures are in a car that many have stayed but the FBI keeps saying there was a van. So why so many alterations to facts????

The likelihood that the SWAT officer shot his rifle stock is somewhere in the neighborhood of zero. With the angle at which the officer is firing, the buttstock is likely not even visible to him. If you look at the damage to the stock, it's pretty obvious that whatever hit the stock came from a much higher and wider angle from where the SWAT officer was standing. From the video it appears the SWAT officer is positioned almost head on with the shooter. What hit the shooters stock was likely:
1. The bullet fired from the Secret Service counter sniper after passing through his head. 2. A fragment of the round that passed through his head.
3. A fragment of the suspects skull.
It is not probable that the USSS mistakenly refused Communications Radios since these components are relied on to provide safety-related functions that are both Preventative and Mitigative in response to design basis hostile threats. You can't tell me that the USSS didn't have this proceduralized before the event.

The SS sniper teams didn’t have local radios.
They may have forgot to turn them on, or tune to the correct channel, or turn the volume up, or take them up to the roof, or pick them up, or they never knew the radios were for them.
Probably even more accidental reasons they didn’t have radios to monitor local security.
I would imagine that the damage to the shooter's rifle stock might have been caused by the SS sniper on the south barn's bullet (.300 Win Mag?) upon exiting the shooter's head, and not by the SWAT sniper's shot (5.56 mm).

3:04 what you're seeing is the buffer tube. It's an aluminum cylinder that contains a spring that makes the bolt return forward when the rifle is fired, and the buffer tube also acts as the piece that holds the stock on. Apparently the stock was fully extended when it was shot because there's no damage to the buffer tube, at least not in that pic. In that picture the stock is collapsed.

@2:42 the "filled in area" that still has the hole is the buffer tube. Notice how the stock is extended in the first photo, but not in the other photo. The buffer tube fills the void when collapsed. (which means buffer tube was NOT damaged, or not damaged greatly, so the weapon may still have been functional)
definitely still a functional weapon, but there is no way that the shooter wasn't hit by the round that damaged the stock, it's literally the cheek-rest that went away.

I presumed he stashed it on the roof when he confirmed that he could get up there which was well before any photos of him where captured at the site. There is no way he wouldn't be stopped with 4+" of AR sticking out of the top of a backpack if he were wandering around with it.

@@Snarf_Le_Wombat he stopped firing after the SWAT officer shot at him, repositioned sliding down a bit from the top perhaps to flee but certainly to hide, and it is claimed he aimed at people to the side but had to sit up slightly to do that whereupon the CS team saw the left-side of his head over the ridge of the roof and ended the threat.
@Chamdar17 he was probably trying figure out wtf happened did it have a serious malfunction while he was shooting, and was inspecting it holding it out in front of him and that's what the crowd mistook as being aimed at.

A question I have is how did that sniper in the ground hit the butt of Crooks’ weapon from the angle he was at, given that Crooks was in the other side of the peak of that roof?
I know the roof wasn’t that steep but given the fact that the sniper was in the ground and basically in front of Crooks, I don’t understand how he hit the butt of that weapon.

All depends if crooks was on top of the ridge cap shooting or not, since we don't have that exact location of the swat officer that allegedly shot the buttstock. It is hard to know for sure what sight picture of the shooter, he would have.
Is it me, or do the explosives look like they are in the trunk of a car? If so, what about the van? Still nothing on the (car?) that "followed the lead" to where that 1st sniper who left early was parked. Where was it parked? How does he drive a car & a van? So many questions still.

That piece inside the stock is called the buffer tube. The stock is adjustable and rides forward and back on the buffer tube. You're seeing it in one position, extended out at the end of adjustment on the tube in the photo that shows the rifle in it's entirety so it's hidden by the remains of the stock. In the 2nd photo showing just the lower of the rifle the stock is pushed all the way forward so you can now see the exposed buffer tube.

My first thought was the officer running towards the fence line so that he could see up on the roof. There was a picnic table right there. I don’t understand why he didn’t jump up on that picnic table to get a higher point of view that might’ve helped also, although it would’ve put him in great danger.
He could have gotten on top of his police car, too.

Looks like the officer in the upper right was sitting there watching the guy on the roof. The one who radioed there’s someone on the roof sounded surprised. The first one sat there, while the one who radioed sped towards the scene.

@@proudbirther1998 - indeed, we should ask for the actual physical location of the AiC during the incident -- from what I've gleaned from the various witness statements and interviews after the fact, it would seem quite possible that the _Agent_In_Charge_ wasn't even *on site* at the time of the rally. I think he was, quite literally, "phoning it in" that day.

That trunk picture then is from a car or suv by the looks of it? What is the story with the white van with AZ plates then? Lots of videos of witnesses of the van are saying it had explosives in it too. Investigative journalists need to clean up the van story because it’s extremely murky.

Crooks was a tall dude, hence stock was fully extended for his size ... we need a full autopsy and entry exit wounds and number of shot that enter him ... the lag on detailed info is very suspect ... my guess is they're still patching together a "Story" that give them plausible deniability .... meanwhile trust in all the agencies craters .... including Congress

The part you're talking about at 2:45 is called the "buffer tube". It's the part of the gun that the stock is connected to. The stock is collapsible. It slides up and down the buffer tube to adjust for different size shooters. In the second photo, the stock is fully collapsed, so the buffer tube is visible. In the first photo, the stock is extended, so you just don't see it.
Exactly- and there is nothing wrong with that tube. It should be fully functional. I would want to know that from FBI. Did they find it with an unfired cartridge in the chamber before the rifle was made “safe” by some officer on the scene? Where are the magazines needed for a mass casualty event?

It cannot, does not, the images are meant to demonstrate precisely that. The upper receiver is 25" long, it will protrude some 4" out of the bag no matter how you try to fit it. He is not carrying the bag in any image so far released but must have stashed it near or on the roof earlier in the day to avoid detection.
@Chamdar17 could have had it behind the AC Units as local were on traffic duty & then flew his drone. Maybe he was just going to be a mass shooter UNTIL he saw no one was on the roof!

@@phillipevans2327 His is last observed by police WITHOUT the backpack and walking toward the closed-area where he is known to have climbed onto the roof, far from any parking lot or cars, and is next observed running across the roof-tops eventually throwing the bag ahead of him at one point. He obviously stashed the bag either by the AC units or on the roof, probably the latter as that would avoid observation by patrolling officers and civilians as occurred with the bicyclists items.
He could have just had a sleeve on the last few inches sticking out the side or top, I've carried Rifles like this and had to do this.

Butler Township law enforcement doesn't take the "protect at all costs" oath like the secret service does. Maybe that's why there was a lack of urgency. A little self-preservation with the 'someone is probably working on it' attitude.
With the rifle tucked up under his arm and body just how did the shot from the swat guy hit that area of the stock without hitting any part of the shooter? That part of the rifle should not have been visible to the swat guy, right? Isn't it more likely that the shot through the skull of the shooter by a sniper in an elevated position followed through and hit the stock? Did they test the stock for metal debris and compare that to the lead in the shells used by the sniper? BTW, did the snipers use FMJ or were they semi jacketed hollow point? Somebody said the video time was off by 12 seconds? How was that determined? Is there anywhere in that video that has a portion that can be compared to and synced to for verification of the timing being off by 12 seconds? Just curious and hoping you have the answers.

unless it is a second guy, the one they've been speaking to along with Bongina and the Blackwater guy is Washington SWAT. They were in the unused long bleachers by the small lake, South West of the podium, behind and to the side of the crowd.

Trump looks at the kid twice. He stated in an interview that the sniper, “May have heard there could be a problem..”Why were they there? First time ever there’s a counter sniper team and this happened? Plausible deniability? The campaign/security detail left a pac man shaped hole in the oversight, allowing the kid on the roof and thought the snipers would get him before he fired his weapon. Why don’t you report on the man trying to clear the area prior to the event? Who was the officer that came from behind the building that radioed to someone that the, “Ki11 was confirmed”? And how would he know that before anyone made it to the roof? Who was he radioing?
I still wonder about that guy I seen in a video trying to clear the area by the fence below the building Crooks was on! He was on some video telling súpito leave the property. In hindsight that guy knew something was going to happen and needs to be interviewed 😮

Looks like part of the buffer tube containing a weight and a spring to manage the recoil system is missing Without it, it will no longer function as a semi-auto rifle anymore. Explains why Crooks stopped shooting. Obvious Crooks was wounded as well in the neck.

On future events, Secret Service needs to readily have access to some kind of a ladder to quickly get on top of buildings if you refuse to put someone on top of the roof. There's amazing camera technology out there. They could have put a pan tilt zoom camera up high enough to watch several roof tops. You could even have a drone fitted with a grenade you could quickly drop on him. You could also have nozzles up there to disperse tear gas. All those things could be done if you had a competent Secret Service. Bottom line, they were not there to protect Trump. Quite the opposite. Very important not to shoot a team member. That's where radios were needed. Lots of less than lethal could have bee deployed where the guy gets to spend the rest of his life in club Fed.
The part inside the stock is just the buffer tube showing through. It's a collapsible stock which was collapsed in the second photo to make the overall length shorter. When the stock is fully extended, you can't see the buffer tube per the first photo.

If ya'll believe this bs, you'll believe anything! Go outside and shoot a magpul stock with a 5.56mm round and tell me what you see. In no way shape or form does it look like that. That stock was broken with a hammer or other blunt instrument. A 5.56mm round is less than a quarter inch in diameter, .223", traveling at 3000 feet per second. The stock is glass reinforced nylon. Like a hot knife through butter the bullet goes though making a clean hole on the entrance side and a ragged hole on the exit of the stock. How do I know? Because I've done it, and the bullet punched through the steel plate on the other side. So yeah, the pic of that rifle, and the story of the swat officer shooting it are a lie!

Given Clay Higgin's report, I have to wonder if the swat officer actually hit Crooks gun. Per the report Crooks was sitting back from the peak so that would have made a shot hitting the stock from the ground (even as far away as the officer was) unlikely, also the angle (left/right, not up/down) in regards to Crooks position would have made hitting that spot on the stock unlikely, it is practically a straight on shot based on positions on the map.
As for officer cameras/audio, audio should be rolling the entire time that video is recording. We have seen too many situations where audio was missing when officer involved incidents happen due to the delay.
