Just smurf soloq and play that new champ. Best way honestly because normals alone are trash but if you go new champs on main ur just griefing your LP away.
Because u will never get a full trade against him since he can kite u out and kick u away from him, so u wont fully stack lethal tempo. Grasp gives u more dmg and more healing for short trades
if he doesn’t like a champ it’s difficult for him to make content and stay consistent with it. He likes bruiser face fighting champs Jax, Morde, Sett, Darius etc

Just wanted to comment on the mana problems in some of the games. I’d suggest going presence of mind instead of triumph. Reason being whenever you jump on someone you immediately get the mana regen so if you spam jump you get a ton of mana back. Also when you get the kill, you get a bunch of mana back. Solves a lot of ur problems.
