Every time I connect it tells me to update software. Then tells me the update was successful. Connect to my phone's bluetooth and it says I have the database and correct firmware updates. but it will not connect to PC or my phone to do any changes. I've done all support ideas, change to data cable etc etc....nothing works. I can only change parameters via LCD pro box only. RCE-BL100A
RC BLE 100 A, is very likely 'not' compatible unfortunately. The programmers 'only' work with HW Products that are sold retail under the HW Brand. Does not work with most "OEM", or "Built by HW" products.
