Bro Deny-a prefix list first time only applied in eigrp so second time if created prefix list same name automatically will be applied in eigrp right and advertised if same name prefix list

Are you referring to protocols like eigrp, bgp, then once prefix list created you can directly apply it
If you refer protocols as udp TCP port numbers something like that it cannot be done with prefix list as it helps to filter up address/ subnet based on subnet ranges

/27 is 255.255.255.224 not 255.255.224.0 that is why that error
