You cant get cosmetics from old versions, and you cant fix the no wifi thing. Plus if you could buy cosmetics then it would go to your oculus account because your data is stored to the current version.
All your cosmetics are on the cloud, so yes. You will spawn in tutorial, be a random color, have gorilla#### as your name, and have no cosmetics on when you reinstall. Don't let this alarm you though as your cosmetics will still be there and you can change your name and color back easily on the computer.
