Nah, they're like super small divisions with nothing in them. Communist China usually actually gets like 50 real divisions by the end of the Japanese-Sino war despite only having one Provence because they get a bunch of buffs.
They are small divisions plus you don't understand whatever country you use, you have to literally build it up they ain't the strongest.

a couple corrections:
1. vietnam has two states
2. in the beginning burma was part of small PP and they also have two states
3. the reason why china could take so much is that communist china is a major power, and if there are one or more major powers in you faction and they all capitulate there are two things that can happen:
1. if you lost even a single man, you also capitulate
2. if you didn't lose anything you keep living
None of the faction map modes showed Burma in Small PP. Seems to me like he didn't goof up there.

Do this same idea as a series and every time a faction fails, you add countries with 1 extra state. ie: one state faction fails, add all 2 state countries into the faction as a new video. Also, for a different video, make it so that every country is in a faction with a country that has the same amount of states.

I got a suggestion: Colonies of the nations will get swapped (Example: Philippines is a colony of the US then vice versa. US is a colony of the Philippines) or the role of 2 countries will swap (Example: US is a major nation, Philippines is a minor ally nation then US is a minor ally then Philippines is the major nation) I'll let my imagination flow thru so dont judge me if this idea is bad

What if you unite all the countries in europe, Asia, north America etc. Under 1 faction per continent (so you have factions like europe, Asia etc.)
