No it is not, passport is mandatory. You can contact them and confirm once before booking I might be wrong.

There is no metro connectivity so I went there via cab because I didn’t want to find the place on my own as I had to checkin on time.

What is the waiting period on an average bro?
They made me wait in the cafeteria for around 1 hour after they checked me in. Usually, they start with the information video in 30 minutes after you sign the waiver form.
