This was a great eulogy and I enjoyed listening to Bill Clinton speak. May Aretha Franklin rest in peace.
Honestly, when Bill played "Think" on his phone, I was tickled to death. I was worried that was a ringtone, but when he played that song, I realized, "Oh! That's a Tribute Song!" That song can't leave my head- I played the Blues Brothers version quite a few times, after this speech, myself, too. Well Done, Bill!
I'm in awe of the respect that the former President of the United States Bill Clinton showed for our Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin! I especially appreciate his story of being 'summoned' to Aretha's presence!

I'll always love this man, he has a heart. When he came to Seattle and saw me and my daughter (6yrs old at the time) had got stuck downtown because they had stopped all buses for Clinton's arrival. He saw us standing there on the corner and rolled down his window and waved to my baby when sheet waved to him. He's human and bless him for speaking so well off this Queen even if he's high as the sky itself.😊💋💜

I was shocked when I heard this the first time, although it isn't so bad after more viewings. My dad is 90 and not yet this bad with speech, etc, nor is anyone I have seen or known who is around 70 and in good health. Bill was kind of like this right after heart surgery, so I wonder if something has happened. He always had a very dry mouth, even in the 90s, and perhaps it got the best of him here. He sounds very weak, too, though. RIP dear Aretha.

I had the personal privilege to not only shake his hand but to accompany during a tour of a community college I had attended. He was attentive, respectful, and took our input seriously at the time. I Am VERY HONORED & PROUD to have experienced this moment in my life....BTW....I am Dine' from the 4 corners area. 😇
