Thank you Mary. I've been struggling with my mental issues, and when I look around there are so many capable and attractive students around me. I've been feeling discouraged because my mind is broken and I'm restarting my research with this slightly broken state. Thanks for reminding me that His power is made perfect in my weakness. If I can do my research in this state, that is indeed God's power, not me.

I just published a book a month ago about my own life called "Horizons at Twilight - A Journey of Dreams Fulfilled." I was a failure and a broken man. But God turned it all around. Early in my adult life, I didnt want to live anymore. But over time, God opened doors and I came full circle with my talents and aspirations and lived out all of my dreams.
The timing of this word is impeccable. I am currently working on writing out my testimony to share with my church this weekend. I was called to do it and someone reached out and asked me to share. This is great confirmation.
Each and every day such a lot of people die who are not saved. We need to spread the Good News as Jesus instructs us in the Bible. If God gave us a glimpse of hell we would feel compelled to try and help the lost souls of this world. Let us be bold and speak out. In Jesus name. 🙏
I feel the same exact way- grew up in a broken home, exposed to so much at a young age!! Parents everything but godly- and I have always asked god, why my life had to be brought up like this- my god you hit the nail with this one

A Wonderful Uplifting Truth.With my Lord Jesus! I survived in soite of it all Only With Lord Jesus! I was alone for most, wanting the perfect story. I always felt divinely protected . I walked into so many obstacles, and was delivered, Broken completely 🙃 Lord Jesus Delivered Me . Shattered, broken , only Jesus Knew and followed me, delivered me over and over. This was a very timely message. I was reading Philippians chapter 3. Paul talked about running the race and not looking back. I was contemplating my past and what purpose it served in my life. It makes me really sad to think this way, but I've come to a point where I just want to be left alone. Like I've accepted the life I've was given, and even though I've accepted Christ, I don't really want him to do anything great through me... I just feel so tired and drained from dealing with everything I've been through, and I'll be OK if I'm not apart of the 'great plan'

I feel like I wasted My last 10 years, My 20s, that Even though I Made desisions to improve My life I didn't...now I feel like a failure I feel that My efforts 😢and My life hasn't have any sense...that I wasted My life, that those years have been stolen from me. Completely heartbreaking

Thank you, this came up in my feed and it reinforced what I have already been hearing. I recently entered an art contest for a self portrait with the intention of sharing my story through art. I wrote a blog post and attached it to my art. My story is of brokenness from early childhood to homelessness and repeated patterns until Jesus met me where I was. He showed me the truth and who I was made to be. Now I am making art to bless people and my life has never been the same. I’m working towards art tutorials on RUclips. Hopefully when I get those started they will also encourage others in their journey towards hope!
