Makes so much sense purchasing a house together. Life is short do what makes you happy. When we bought our house people were like why did you buy that wreck laughing at us etc... A few years on and we now have a beautiful home and no regrets. Congrats the house looks great x
Plutonic life partners 🤗. Love that you’re both on the same page and everything is done ‘proper’. You’re both really good examples of sensible, level headed people. Also, love your friendship…. Happy New Home guys ♥️
Hi Luke and Zara a really brilliant video. My son at 25 has just bought his first flat . I'm so proud of him ,he's done so well . He always compares his self to others and doesn't realise how brilliant at the age of 25 it is to be able to buy your own home . He's not with anyone .so has done it all on his own X X you two are brilliant and should be very proud of yourselves X x
My son similar. Bought his own house 3 years ago. He’s 29 now. All on his own. He doesn’t realise what an achievement it is. I bought my first home a flat at 22 but with my husband (his dad). Your son has done so well. X

Thank you for your honesty, buying a house is a huge investment. I've brought and lost my home. I'm happy to say I am now back on the property ladder. This time I'm in it with eyes wide open
You two are amazing and your families should be so proud of what you have achieved at such a young age. You have such determination and common sense, you know what you want and let's hope it all comes your way. Very well done you two and thanks for sharing with us all xx Huge hugs for Maggie xx
Hi Luke, Zara you should both be very very proud of yourselves its obvious it has not coming easy and you both appreciate your hard work. Enjoy every moment xx
Such a sensible, straightforward video. I hope you get huge views for this because you've talked about aspects a lot of people won't even have considered when house hunting. Well done both of you! xx
Well done you guys !!! I’m 56 and rent still luckily enough to have a Housing Association home but there’s absolutely no way I could rent private You guys should be very proud
Buying a house is such a big thing. I remember when I bought my first flat with a friend to get on that ladder and I was in my 30s, deposit was very low at the time as it was in the 80s since then we have moved on. Then venture on my own and bought my flat. Kudos to you guys getting on that property ladder, as in this millennium it’s isn’t that easy ❤
Good morning to both of you. I BELIEVE YOU TWO SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOUR SELVES AND YOU HAVE NO NEED TO JUSTIFY YOURSELVES TO ANYBODY. YOU HAVE BOTH WORKED SINCE COMING OUT OF UN AND YOU HAVE BOTH WORKED TOGETHER, WHICH IS THE KEY. YOU SHOULD ENJOY YOUR NEW HOME AND TIMES WILL BE TOUGH, BUT WORK TOGETHER AND THINGS WILL BE GOOD. 💞💞💞
That’s was my thoughts on this, don’t apologise for reaching one of your goals . It’s no way boastful or showing off. You achieved this by hard work and saving, it wasn’t handed to you on a plate!, you both made this happen and bloody well done for doing it!
Zara’s explanation of your background and working to just pay rent in a job she hated was incredibly helpful and encouraging. Thank you Zara for sharing this vulnerability
You can tell with zaras voice this is a very emotional thing to have gone through, you both should be very proud of yourselves. I really enjoy watching your videos.
So nice to see you both settled and excited for your projects. A lot of sense said in this video, so proud of you both (and Maggie of course) and very happy that you persevered and now have all the choices ahead of you xx
I think you two have made a great decision on your near future. Live your life step by step. That suits you now, so go ahead. Enjoy your new life together and with your families. Plan your upgrades and enjoy every minute. Overall, do whatever you feel it's the moment for. After all, its your life. I'm sure many people will appreciate yout tips. I bought my flat with my then husband. After three years living there, we separated our lives. I paid the mortgage by myself and took care of my son almost by myself as well. These last years, after ending my mortgage of 20 years I've made some renovations: flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, doors and of course have been changing furniture all over the place. My home doesn't look anything like it was 23 years ago when we bought it. I have a truly cozy home which I'm very proud of. Being so young and achieving so much is a real success. Well done you two!
I love that you did this at such a young age. You are right about couples buying and then divorcing a year later. Nothing is guaranteed in life. Your home is fab and love that Maggie has a yard.
I’m old enough to be your Mom and I’m so proud of you both! There is no guarantees in life so do what works and makes you both happy. You both are such a lovely couple even as friends! ❤
You have achieved so much together. Just want to say good luck with all your future home projects. I really look forward to following your progress. xx
I was the first in my family to purchase a flat and had so few close people to ask, I was buying on my own, my solicitor got used to my odd questions, and then my building society was pushing one type of mortgage over another as did friends. So get advice and opinions I am so glad I listened to my gut the way I went down helped me to be mortgage-free earlier than so many friends. Good luck on the future journey
Great video. You two are so switched on and mature for your age. You're like brother and sister but in a nice way as you get on so well together.😊 Looking forward to seeing what you do with your home as those white walls are crying out for some colour.
i thought you both were together. But it seems to be a nice friendship you have and a nice bond of respect for each other. So happy for you Luke and Zara on your biggest achievement. I saved for two long years to buy my house. I have a three bedroom and been here now for 15 years. The thing where I live in Pittsburgh PA USA the newspaper publishes how much you paid in the real-estate section and also on our Allegheny County website you have to put the address in and township or county. Such nonsense but it is public knowledge. Why I even had the man up the street come down to my house and tell me I paid too much money for the house. I was so mad and embarrassed at the same time. The nerve! I bought later in my life not young like you two. Younger is better. Can't wait for you next video.
I’ve loved following your house buying process and it’s so lovely to see you in such a fabulous home. Thank you for sharing the process, your struggles were real but the way you have coped with things has been so inspiring.
I have loved watching you grow into becoming homeowners. Your relationship is your business, or should that be friendationship. I watched Chateau dairies, and Stephanie Jarvis purchased a chateau with her best friend. I love the way you do you and that you both just get on living your best life. You have a unique friendship, and that's something that should be celebrated. My daughter graduated last year and had to move to north Wales just to afford rental prices with her choice of employment. It takes a brave soul to step out into the world and make bold choices and not settle for the status quo. Cannot wait to see your plans and designs for this new chapter and new home. I wish you both all the best and lots of abundant blessings, love, and laughter xxx
Hi Luke and Zara , this was a great video for those who are starting out on the property ladder. The advice you gave was sensible and concise . For such young people you are both very switched on ! So happy for you both 😊
Thank you Luke and Zara, what a great vlog, I think you have helped a lot of people. I think that real estate agents are like used car sales people, not to be trusted. You looked at everything, took your time, discussed everything together and in the end you both made an excellent decision and learned a great deal. Good luck to you both and of course Maggie who is beautiful.
Can I just say how amazing you two are? Just love your honestly, enthusiasm and openness about your new home, life, etc. I wholeheartedly agree that some people just pry too much, and frankly it's none of their business! I have been subscribed for about a year and look forward to each video and adventure you share. Happy New Year Luke and Zara, and Princess Magatha! 💕
Love this video. Its fabulous what you two have achieved. You are life long friends and buying a house together is your decision no ones elses. This is a good investment. I rented for 5 years before buying my first home on my own. Best thing I ever did. Your home is beautiful and you have all the time in the world to change your home.
Fantastic video guys. 2 minutes in and Zara had me in stitches! 🤣🤣 fab advice and very interesting too. I don’t get why people are questioning 2 friends buying together, I think it’s a brilliant idea! You guys obviously get on fantastic and better than a lot of married couples! 😅 looking forward to seeing where this year takes you both. Much love. ❤️ xx
Well done to you both owning your own home at such a young age you should be so proud of yourselves.Hope you both have a long and happy friendship together and not forgetting Maggie too.
Well done guys, it’s a terrifying yet exciting buying a house. We bought our first at 20 years old & it was exciting but costly, it was 1991 & interest rates were crazy! At 30 we bought our current home & was terrified at the price compared to our first, but you move up the ladder 😊 During Covid years we didn’t go on holiday but saved every penny we weren’t spending & March 22 had enough to pay off our mortgage! At 52 years old we were chuffed to bits 😊 Keep working hard & enjoy the fruits of your labour, you both deserve it so much 🥰
I seldom comment on youtube content. But bloody well done you two. The hard work and dedication to buy a property in London at your age is a bloody amazing. I know this is not important to you, but i am proud of you and i dont even know you. Well done both.
Fantastic video. I would be spectacularly proud to have you two as children, cheers to your parents. You also deserve mad praise for being such sweet and responsible pet parents. I wish every dog could have a home like Maggie. I know you don’t advertise exactly where you live but I’m so curious to know the very general area. If I may say you absolutely did the right thing to stay in London. “When a man is tired of London he is tired of life.” ❤Laura from Las Vegas
I admire you both for thinking about your financial future - you’re going to have equity in a house whereby you will never see the rent money after it’s gone. Buying this house made perfect sense. And you got a wonderful house!
It is trust in each other that finds you in this house together and the journey of home ownership with it's ups and downs. Just a little comment and it is delicate. 40+ years ago low wages and sky high interest rates were a nightmare, this was and is a fact. Years ago in the 70's the emphasis was buy your home and pay your mortgage as priority, do without foreign holidays and going out for meals. If you want to own a property you have to do without certain things. So at 19 and 21 we bought our first house worked extremely hard and enjoyed the fruits of our labours with fantastic homes over the years with no regrets. Attitudes have changed and priorities have, I think Zara made a comment which no one could disagree with "you are only in your 20's once". You make your choice and choose your lifestyle, get the balance right and you have cracked it. Just enjoy life, if you are with a friend or partner it doesn't matter as long as you support each other when problems happen. Good luck for the future.
I think you are both sensible and have entered into your house purchase with maturity. To have something in writing is so important. No one wishes to divorce, fall out of friendship or just want to move on. Not that i imagine it would happen to you. I should mention that the house had to be sold as we divorced...i made £5 from that sale, hard to believe One thing that does infuriate me is trying to compare the past with the now. I bought a house in Greenwich over 40 years ago. A lovely house, small but perfect for our needs. It was £36k or there abouts. It was a massive struggle... we didnt earn a huge amount but stretched to do it. Everything in life is relevant, time especially. People would gasp at a house for that price but sometimes it was difficult to make ends meet. Renovations were on hold as the bills came first. People worked hard to pay for their houses back in the day. Overtime was a must for most of my peers. It wasnt easy for our generstion either. Congratulations to you both and good luck in your journey
Hi Guys, I think this vlog was so nice of you to do, a lot of this stuff was nobody's business but your own, but you realise that doing the Channel as you do Luke you become like we all know you. A kind of extended family of sorts, please forgive me being so forward. I see people asking some very personal questions and I am often amazed at their boldness. However, buying a property together although slightly unconventional, actually works for you both. I think your relationship is such a special one and you do seem to have taken this on with your eyes wide open and covered all eventualities, after all what will be, will be. There are no certanties in this life, and if you don't ever dip your toe in that water, how will you ever know if it will work out? Your help and advice to other people out there thinking of buying a home, I am sure has been so valuable to them. It is scary, my hubby and I are in our mid 60's, we are lucky enough to own our home now after being married for some 41 years. We are currently in our 4th house and buying doesn't get any easier. Things have changed such a lot and we are about to embark upon moving again, the prospect at our age actually fills me with dread, but hey! like you guys, we know each other very well, we are a good team and we have faith in each other to make anything work. Love seeing and hearing all your plans with this house, looking forward to see how it all pans out, it is such fun and a privilage to watch. Thank you both for letting us share this journey with you x
First, Zara your beautiful. As a 67 year old grandma. You’ll have saved, ate left over meals. You have bought second hand clothes, as a young couple you’ll have done like we did. We saved ,built a home and keep working a job to pay for everything. You done exactly as all young couples do. From, North Carolina, USA. You’ll have done great.
Well done both of you on your achievement to date you clearly worked very hard so why not bask in the glory of your achievement youve earned it. On one hand it seems a shame you feel you had to go into all the detail documenting your journey to appease anyone who feels resentful towards you but on the other hand by doing so youve given a realistic & balanced view of what it takes. Everything in life comes with ups & downs nothing can be achieved any other way. Great vlog, look forward to watching more of your videos 😊
Hi! I love you kids. You are both very organised and work towards your goals. You do not have to answer personal questions! There is sharing and then there is intrusion. You have both worked hard in your careers so yes, you deserve and worked hard towards your goal of getting your own home. I am so very proud of you both! 💗💗
Five of our children worked hard to get onto the property ladder we did help them a little as we did not wish them to be renting, but, each of them have worked hard to achieve great job positions. Two sons stay at home, it’s a large home and we are so very lucky to have two of our Grandchildren here with us also. We lost our other son that had special needs so having family here with us has helped greatly with our grieving. Our lives are what WE make them, never rely on anyone to help create your life. 💗💗💗💗
Renting is dead money going out either way no end reward. Hence I never wanted my children to go through what I did in my youth. No security either! I would find a run down cheap to rent place, strip it out and dress it, then up went the rent! Lessons learnt but, I could not live in dirt and dereliction. Eventual got onto the council list. Got the house I saw when I was just ten years old that I knew would be my forever home (Another thing about me is I am a ‘Seerer” ) eventually left the high rise as I only accepted it when they told me they would have to move me out after eight months due to restrengthening the end walls of these high rises, I jumped at it! I knew I would hold an upper hand when it came to rehousing us. I turned down new bucks, until, my house that waited for me came along. Awful state, had to hack our way through privet to get to the front door. Broken windows, an earth floor in the kitchen. We lived in one room whilst gutting out and modernising the rest of the rooms. 😃👍👍👍
Can I just say Zara is looking fabulous, that shirt looks fantastic on her and her skin is glowing. Zara needs to do a makeup slot on one of your videos Luke!
I THINK YOU BOTH ARE VERY SMART. YOU ARE JUST LIKE BROTHER AND SISTER THAT WORKS FOR YOU. I WANT TO WISH YOU BOTH ALL THE BEST IN YOUR FUTURE. 😊 GOD BLESS YOU BOTH I KNOW YOUR PARENTS ARE VERY PROUD OF YOU ❤❤❤
I own a home with my mom, and I can imagine maybe buying a home with a good friend one day as well. You’ve both done so well, and I love your home. We have things that need done and we’ve been in this house close to 20 years, so it all takes time and mainly $$. Thanks for sharing your journey, I do think it will help people.
Great video guys and I bet it's going to be so helpful to others out there starting off on the ladder. I'm coming to the end of my mortgage and now retired. My sister bought a house with her friend over 35 years ago and you can imagine the comments they got at that time! Anyway 10 years later my sister met her husband and moved out to buy a house with him but the house had increased in value by then and it was easy for her friend to remortgage and buy her out. They had legalized everything so there was no animosity and they remained best friends until my sister's friend sadly died 9 years ago, with my sister beside her holding her hand. They were best friends for over 50 years and their friendship outlasted many marriages!
I think it's lovely what you have done buying a place together you are great friends and it works out well living together so why not do it. Wishing you both all the best for 2024 love your new home.
Very well said! This was so generous and kind of you both to share and answer questions on this wonderful personal journey! Luke & Zara you are such level headed, smart and wonderful individuals you should be so very proud of yourselves. All the very best, you both are just awesome young adults...well done! Your personal private life should be just that private...Zara I was so very proud of what you said starting @24:45 apprx ...so very well said...good for you! Please give Maggie a hug for me. Thank you for sharing, take really good care, stay well! Lots of love Kathy x 🧡
The most interesting and sensible couple I have heard I am now heading into my eighties but I wish I had heard all this years ago stay sensible I love listening to you both. Good luck.
You two are wise beyond your years!! You have vision for your house and patience to take the time it needs. I'm so happy for you. It must be wonderful having a mold-free warm bathroom!!😁 I'm looking forward to the changes you two will be making (especially color on the walls!)! ENJOY YOUR HOME! You've certainly earned it!
I know your experience is relatable to so many people your age. I enjoy listening to the story of your success to date and believe you will inspire many to do the same. As an American, young people are experiencing the same difficulty and buying a house and starting a life in a very inflationary economy.
Thanks for being so open and honest about everything. I’m sure this advice will be very helpful to some people. Friendships like this are rare, you guys are so lovely 🥰 Well done to both of you, you obviously worked so hard to achieve this, well deserved 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼xx
Wow that was an excellent blog, I hope that many people looking to buy a house watches this, well done both of you, my son and his girlfriend have just bought them first house and it can be a miserable time, but it just proves if you want it enough it is in reach And I’m sorry that people say some silly things, if you and Zara are happy to buy together then that’s wonderful, just ignore the ignorant remarks, your house is fantastic happy new year ❤
I bought my first property in West London many years ago. A studio flat with an 18% mortgage interest. It was getting onto the ladder. I bought a 1 bedroom flat 5 years later and 5 years later bought a 2 bedroom flat with garage which I am still living in. A few years ago I bought a parking space which cost considerably more than my first flat! Essential due to massive local development. Can I say you have both been so sensible. It requires sacrifice and determination but as you have found out so beneficial and financially sound and secure. Sadly renting is a massive rollercoaster particularly in London. Buying is never easy, buying and selling even more so! But oh so worth it. Well done, you so deserve your success and I wish you every happiness in your lovely home. My number 1 tip, never trust everything that an estate agent tells you. I learnt that very quickly while buying my first property
Well, hats off to both of you. Well done. I was very fortunate that I bought my first house at 22 I am now 62. I however did get a small inheritance from my grandmother. So for anyone to start from ground zero as you put it. A very big well done. You both have your heads very much screwed on. Very sensible move. 👍👏👏👏🥰
How refreshing to watch you both. So level-headed and honest.I do watch other RUclipsrs, but you're both my absolute favourite. Keep doing what you're doing as you ARE doing so well. Well done .👏 👍❤️
Thank you for sharing your journey. Both of you are approaching life sensibly. Live your best life with kindness, laughter and passion. Love both of you ❤❤ and of course Maggie ♥️🦴
What brilliant advice, put across so well, and one of the important things that some might not believe and they don’t buy because they think a mortgage is more expensive than renting, but if you’re sensible as you rightly said, with the price you can afford your mortgage can often be cheaper than renting. Well done both of you.
Two lovely level-headed people you have done amazing My daughter is 27 and just bought 4 bedroomed detached house in Blyth, (next to beach) so much cheaper compared to Gateshead /Newcastle where we belong, quite a trip for us but so proud of her. Always a saver (as are my other 2 older kids) and makes her money work for her. It’s so hard nowadays everything so expensive on top of mortgage (rents are unbelievable as well!!!) Well done your home is lovely 🥰
Omg I had that ALLL the time buying with Lucy. A friendship is (sometimes) more lasting than a relationship!! It's really not complicated buying with a friend! You just have to pick the friend wisely!!
Hi Luke and Zara, love your honesty, you should be so proud of yourselves , such a huge achievement at a relatively young age , you both speak so eloquently, wishing you both lots of luck and happiness in your new home , Sending you all lots of love xxx
We found ourselves in a similar situation as you did during Covid. My husband continued to work and because of what he does, his business went through the roof, but we weren't traveling, going out to eat, etc. So we just started putting money in the bank instead of buying a lot of junk (like so many people did). Summer of 2023 we had our kitchen fully remodeled and we were able to do it EXACTLY the way we wanted to without having to cut corners, etc thanks to saving the money. I jokingly refer to it as the Pandemic Kitchen. But it's so satisfying to be able to do that. I'm sure you guys can relate.
I did exactly same in the 80s, we saved everything apart from Saturday nights out with 2.5 pints each. It’s the only way to save but we also lived at home so could save most of our wages apart from board.
Well done both of you, so much to be proud of! Sadly interest rates in the late 80's/early 90's were through the roof. Yes, property was cheaper, but our salaries were a lot less, and that's relevant. Our mortgage for a basic two bed starter home in Herefordshire rose from c£245 to c£725 per month!
Exactly. Some opinions are that we had it easy as the houses were so much cheaper... what they don't take into account was the wages weren't great. We all struggle, the older generation included. We all worked hard! The fact that most london areas have been gentrified to an inch of its life has not helped. Most of the time the heart has been ripped out of it. Some areas have improved for the better. Not all. Another thing to think about is community. Areas can become dormitory towns, the notion that you buy a house in a cheaper area because you don't have to socialise or shop there because you can jump on the tube or bus to go into London proper does nothing to put money in the area. Its happening everywhere. Somerset is becoming as bad. Buy a house out of the city of Bath and Bristol as its cheap work and shop in the city. It does nothing to contribute to the community you live in.
I think the both of you made very wise decisions and it definitely is paying off. We bought this house 17 years ago and it was a brand new build. We started at Ground Zero at the time we purchased it and did not spend any money on a down payment. Here in America, if you served in the military, which my husband did, you can purchase a house with no down payment through the veterans administration and that’s what we did. I hear we are 17 years later and we just paid our house completely off in November 2023. The only payment we will have besides our electric and household expenses like groceries will be a $600.00 payment once a year for house insurance. My husband then retired from his job on December 31st 2023, just one month after we pay the house off. Keep taking your time with things and keep making wise decisions. So happy for you both! Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida 😎🦩🌞🦩😎
You two are so well equipped to advise others. Well done Zara and Luke you have a business arrangement in buying a house together .why pay a landlord when you can have your own space! Love from the New Forest. A pat for Maggie 🥰🥰🥰
well done to both of you I hope you both get what you want out of life you both know what your doing I lived in London for 23 years left about 12 years ago and came back home to the north east and bought a Bungalow omg talk about stress never again would i move lol good luck with you renovations and plans x
Your parents must be so proud to have raised 2 level headed charming children well done you 2 !!

Although I’m not planning to buy any time soon, it’s always interesting to hear the process and I’m glad it’s all worked out in the end for you!
I love that you did this at such a young age. You are right about couples buying and then divorcing a year later. Nothing is guaranteed in life. Your home is fab and love that Maggie has a yard.
Just so much sensible advice for folks who want to buy…so pleased for you guys and Maggie happy home ❤
I’m old enough to be your Mom and I’m so proud of you both! There is no guarantees in life so do what works and makes you both happy. You both are such a lovely couple even as friends! ❤
Loved this!! Also Zara so nice to see you reveal more of your lovely personality, who you ARE. You both inspire me.
I saw a different side of Zara in this video. Congrats on getting a home - in London - before your 30’s. Be very proud of what you’ve accomplished.
i thought you both were together.
Nothing falls into your lap you have to work hard for it and well done to you both for doing it, just enjoy your home ❤
You both have done well.
You stated that house prices were cheaper years ago, I agree, but wages were lower.
Times were hard then and also now.
Wisdom has no age. Thank you for sharing.
Your home is beautiful and you have all the time in the world to change your home.
good for you guys! protect your friendship at all costs.
Much love. ❤️ xx
You two buying a house together:Shows brains and it’s wonderful to see a great friendship
Im so proud of you two achieving so much. It's not easy this day and age. Well done❤
Love watching you both. Well done and congratulations on your new home 🏡
Your so honest guys love the bond you have 🐺
I admire you both for thinking about your financial future - you’re going to have equity in a house whereby you will never see the rent money after it’s gone.
I should mention that the house had to be sold as we divorced...i made £5 from that sale, hard to believe
One thing that does infuriate me is trying to compare the past with the now.
Wishing you Luke, Zara and Maggie, lots of good luck and much deserved happiness in your new home x
GOD BLESS YOU BOTH I KNOW YOUR PARENTS ARE VERY PROUD OF YOU ❤❤❤
This was a great vlog.
Loved how candid you both are... some great advice and tips.
Thank you for sharing. 😊
Loved watching the two of you together you are both so level headed you have done so well love to the three of you ❤
I own a home with my mom, and I can imagine maybe buying a home with a good friend one day as well. You’ve both done so well, and I love your home. We have things that need done and we’ve been in this house close to 20 years, so it all takes time and mainly $$. Thanks for sharing your journey, I do think it will help people.
A good practical video with helpful tips. I bought a house in 2003 and again in 2022 and it is so stressful, but worth it in the end
Morning both 😃 Think I'm first? Had to let the hens out 😊
never be ashamed of your successes and many more to you both, now give Maggi a cuddle
The most interesting and sensible couple I have heard I am now heading into my eighties but I wish I had heard all this years ago stay sensible I love listening to you both. Good luck.
You have such a wonderful friendship, hope you live together for a long time.
You guys are so intelligent, disciplined and wise. Also your aesthetic sense is great. Bravo! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I think you’ve both made an astute financial decision. Buying as Tenants in kind is one option that ensures you both have your percentage
Wow that was an excellent blog, I hope that many people looking to buy a house watches this, well done both of you, my son and his girlfriend have just bought them first house and it can be a miserable time, but it just proves if you want it enough it is in reach
And I’m sorry that people say some silly things, if you and Zara are happy to buy together then that’s wonderful, just ignore the ignorant remarks, your house is fantastic happy new year ❤
This is a fantastic video with great advise. Well done and thank you.
You are two great and grounded young adults. The very best of everything to you both.
It’s so hard nowadays everything so expensive on top of mortgage (rents are unbelievable as well!!!)
Well done your home is lovely 🥰
Loved the video thank you luke and Zara 💙❤️❤well done and congratulations on your beautiful home 🏡and not forgetting hello maggie🐶🥰
Omg I had that ALLL the time buying with Lucy. A friendship is (sometimes) more lasting than a relationship!! It's really not complicated buying with a friend! You just have to pick the friend wisely!!
Louder for the people at the back😂👏🏻❤️
Hi Luke and Zara, love your honesty, you should be so proud of yourselves , such a huge achievement at a relatively young age , you both speak so eloquently, wishing you both lots of luck and happiness in your new home , Sending you all lots of love xxx
Well done you two. Such a level headed pair at a very young age. Good luck in all you do it is a pleasure to follow you, and i am old lol!!x
Very interesting vlog and good advice. I’m curious how you meet each other initially? Love your cooking ideas Luke. Thank you. X
Covid benefited me too regards money spenditure and saving, I managed to pay off several debts and save quite a bit too 😊
Waa born in London but couldn't afford it now😢, miss it so much, glad you're so happy guys ❤❤
You to are such level headed young people, well done for purchasing your house . Your parents most be so proud of you. ♥️
Excellent advice to people buying a home for the first time! You both have done very well! Congratulations to you both.
Love this… thanks both for sharing 😊😊😊😊😊
Hi Luke and Zara you should both be so proud of yourselves. You are two lovely grounded people who deserve the best. ❤
Well done you two nothing wrong with friends buying a house it’s more sensible than trying to buy one on your own
