Festo Production Line of 9 MPS Stations training at ROC Leiden 11-2-2014

Today I programmed a production line of 9 Festo MPS Stations.
The Purpose of this production line was to put clock caps on particular blocks. At the beginning of the production line it does not matter what kind of block is fed into the system and it also does not matter of the block is upside down. Because of the choice of stations the wrong blocks get sorted out and only the right blocks remain at the end.
From left to right the stations are:
Distributing Station
Handling Station (pneumatic version)
Separating Station
Sorting Station (on the back of the Separating Station)
Processing Station
Separating Station
Pick & Place Station
Fluidic Muscle Press Station
Sorting Station
