You should get a bissell spot cleaner for any stains on the Lounge!! They’re amazing and can be used for anything like carpet, car seats, mattresses etc

I would suggest never to buy furniture from fantastic furniture everything we’ve purchased from there has broken except for my set of make up drawers but that’s from almost 10 years ago, so could possibly be different quality to what it is now. Try Amart (somewhat cheaper however better quality to fantastic and IKEA) or Nick Scali (more expensive but incredible quality and they have amazing warranty that last for years for a bit extra.
This is actually super surprising to hear! We got our dinner table, chairs, coach, tv unit, side tables for lounge and bedroom plus a bed and coffee table and haven’t had one issue and this was 4 years ago. Different pieces as well so different material. Couldn’t recommend them enough
