Im Tongan and I hope Tonga and Samoa prison system should learn something from Fiji prison ministry system, they learned a lot of positive things inside the prison that they never had a chance before that to get all those skills but look at them happy also study and learn a lot of works at the same time but Tonga government is too busy think about other rubbish but not anything to benefit our own people. Vinaka Fiji
Absolutely very smart way fiji running their prison system they choose the right person do deliver the need of those they cry for real help God bless the people of fiji
I love this program 🥰😍🥰🥰😘😘😘.... Thank you for the improvement!! Its now the publics' turn to be educated in order to accept our brothers & sisters So talented!! 😍🥰😇
This shows what a prison is supposed to be. In the US, the prisoners are made to work for nothing. Pay them same amount and deposit it in their accounts when you use them for work cos that is the right thing to do.
Shure Flyer In u s crime is a business as usual... When the government steals from you it's business as usual But when you fight back you are terrorising the them
Note for what!!! Criminals in USA are severely punished for their crimes, based on what crime they did... Drug abuse, murder, extortion, rape, violent crime, serial killings, etc are no excuse in USA. Many criminals in USA are skilled and also smarter than the law system.... In essence they are very advanced....
Overseas people only see the touristy stuff. There is a LOT of poverty, no jobs, and no such thing as social security/govt unemployment benefits. Simply put - you don't work, you don't eat.
Jus got my booster shot, last sunday i was part of other church ministers to minister in Korovou Correction Center. 8-9am. Wonderful environment...can we have a latest clip on our Correction Centers please.. 👊❤✋
Chee, Change Fiji prisoners change. My Dad Ex Naboro Prisoner was there for his 21st bday in the 70s lol . Mr Bill bula mana what is the name of that church hymn sung at the end.
Bula mana, nathan emberson, not sure what the name of the song is, but I think it was a song the boys just made up for the video recording. Loloma yani bro! Regards to your dad too!.
Vinaka vakalevu ffp giving opportunities for these people with skills and a way of life once they get out, hopefully they find a job they learn in the prison cells,
@Bill Koroib . . .don't believe everything the so-called "historians and linguists" tell you or try to tell you. They are in fact trying to convince anyone who's stupid enough to believe them that FIJIANS or TONGANS do not own the islands their live on, and that they are foreigners or settlers from abroad. Islands peoples evolves their on their islands, just like Europeans evolved in Europe, Africans evolved in Africa and Mongolians in Mongolia. All living things evolved where they are now existing . . as simple as that . .!!!! If Europeans are capable of starting life in Europe, why cant other races be any different and only evolve in certain other places chosen by these so-called "experts" in history and science ?????
It's sad to see that learning these trades is available it prison but not in public life outside prison so that young people can benefit from it. Skill Centres should be set all over Fiji so that free people without a trade should learn and better their lives practising a trade . . !!

Very good insight into the prison system in Fiji and where it has come from as far as programs and living conditions for the inmates.
We go for the heart. That's where we believe the problem is.How many lives could be changed with this attitude.

Bill Koroib The fijian language sound like bahasa Indonesia, malayu, maluku, philipinos etc
Ruben Gheraw Fiji is similar to Tongan language.
Ruben Gheraw Some historians and linguists say we came through Indonesia and Malaysia on our journey from Africa at least 3000 years ago.
