I was part of his member community for a month, it's total waste of money rather you could get a financial news paper subscription and can do your own analysis. I’ve noticed one thing common to all traders and investors, we share a likeness, we all want maximum profit with the smallest risk possible. I’ve seen there’re no shortcuts, what are smart ways of approach?
You should get on the stock market, all the markets are crazy, most people pay more attention to the shiniest position on the graph, I keep a diversified portfolio.
The best and most lucrative way would be having a CFP, its essential for remunerative returns, Investors fail to understand the need for professionalism and expertise on a market as complex as the fin market. It’s been two years of consistent positive growth working with a CFP.

Tips for micro cap investing
1 The safest way to invest in Microcaps is to diversify the portfolio and buy many micro companies and
2 review their performance aggressively and shift to the good ones from the bad ones.
3. Cut your losers out immediately eg Add Shop retail and Varanium cloud hoodwinked the investors and one needs to get out immediately
4. Keep buying the good ones on dips but on the up swing momentum. Don’t buy falling knives like Add shop retail
5 you need to have a very long term horizon - min 5 years. So only put money that you can forget for the next 5-10 years
6. Follow Earnings calls and transcripts very closely and take notes and compare
7. MOST IMPORTANT IS PROMOTER INTEGRITY AND CAPABILITY. Try to figure out (very hard to do but this is the key criterion) their intent, background and ability to walk the talk.
Best is to buy russel 2000 or ARKk

1. Risk associated with liquidity of stock/ volume at the time of exit
2. With every new asset class that you suggest as responsible finflucer, you should clarify how much %of portfolio you are investing in it.

Hey Akshat- First of all thanks for wonderful video and sharing valuable information. I have a query looks like "HMA Agro Industries Ltd" may go through OFS as promoter holding is 83% and maybe that would be the best time to invest in if end user is interested? any advise?
I think we should add few more points:
1. Founder Ownership(Skin in the game)
2. Apart from risk, also identify future catalyst for the stock price.
3. Quality of the business in terms of people/management, financials & business.
4. Timelessnes i.e check if executives are buying the stock in last 6 months

bhai ne jo bhi bola hai uska ulta lelo faayde me rahoge 😂. He is just a good speaker and throws big big words. Take any random stocks and will do as good as someone who buys his suggestion. and if you are learning from youtube then most probably your capital is not very high and you are a middle class person so save your money from these kind of influencers. Do SIP in few mutual funds and focus on growing you skillset where you will make actual money.
I follow his channel and similar channels like "market maestro" just to know what not to do in market, because these people barely make money from market.

Nifty alpha 50 index has given almost 40x return in the same time period. Kotak mutual fund has a etf based on that. Kotak nifty alpha 50 etf
How you identify that this is the time to invest in microcap OR midcao OR small cap OR large cap etc
Any intention to invest in microcap meaning horizon is 10 years. So timing doesn't even matter.

In Microcaps the most important factor is number of shares traded daily. You can't book profit when u want. There will be no liquidity

Yes. NPS is market linked, so basically only downside is a locking of your capital. So, invest in nps only for the limit of tax savings.

You missed Motilal Oswal Nifty Microcap 250 index fund, most of the stocks with lower percentage weightage are microcaps (less than or equal to 5000 Cr market cap)

Akshat, could you explain on how you narrowed down to this company. If you want your followers to be independent and do thier independent analysis ( which I belive you do), you should start with your methodology in shortlisting a company.
I have observed that you always skip this part and just come up with the later part. I believe that is something which will be valued more as your community member rather than just few stock recommendation.

Micro cap companies you can invest the money you dont want after a detailed research. It is almost similar to Futures and options trading
2006* not 2016 when you were explaining the graph
Shankar Sharma bought Valiant recently at 319. It's there in the company website as they had to inform SEBI. It's such a basic check that I'm not sure if you just didn't see it or intentionally pretended he bought it at very low levels to make a point.
Good video though, the framework is bang on.

akshay what is your point of view in SBI cards do you still holding it. Is there is any red flag in company.
The credit card industry is going to grow very fast in the coming years but the fundamentals and technicals of SBI cards doesn't look good.
I was holding it for a while now but going to replace it with some better stocks.
