Hi sir, I took SBI home loan on flat it's registered on my mother name Since 5yrs I m paying emi on time I had credit score 850+. Hi sir,
I took SBI home loan on flat it's registered on my mother name
Since 5yrs I m paying emi on time
I had credit score 850+.
I have one issue
My mom took personal loan in bajaj finance
Some months emi paid after that she didn't paid 1yr due to corona situation
She went to settlement with bajaj finance people and paid the settlement amount in 2023 march.
2 months back i applied top up loan in SBI.they processed but at sanction team software it's showing credit status " settlement" and it is more than 50k
So they can't process further step
We contact to bajaj finance people
They told from ourside ,my mom don't have any loans
At that time she went to settlement that's y they mentioned it credit status " settlement "
So now we can't do anything ..
Please please give me suggestions how to clear credit status ' settlement ' on my mom trans unioin cibil report
