Nah, 10.32* global, i've checked it by the latest pp calculator (I've cut the stream part and changed CS to 5 & OD to 9.2) The play itself worth exactly 1130pp
Not a PFC, but any run without combobreaks is an fc, even if you miss all sliderends and get like 78% acc it'd still be an fc, albeit a really weird one at that point.
