  • I was getting various request to make one combined video of Farsan / namkeen recipe.
    So here I am presenting my 4 namkeen recipe together from my archive. 😊🙏🏼

    1) Besan sev or namkeen sev is a crunchy and deep fried strands made from gram flour / chickpea flour dough. It is one of the popular Diwali snacks.
    It's also an excellent snack for kids lunch box and during travel. This is very tasty namkeen sev recipe and it is very easy to make. We can store this recipe up to 15-20 days in airtight container.
    2) Palak Gathiya is a crunchy and spicy deep fried strands made from gram flour dough. It is one of the popular Diwali snacks. It's also an excellent snack for kids lunch box and during travel. This is very tasty and healthy recipe and it is very easy to make. We can store this recipe up to 15-20 days in airtight container. You can call this recipe as Diwali special recipe, Palak Gathiya or Diwali namkeen
    3) Besan Papdi Gathiya are crunchy and deep fried stripes made from gram flour dough. It is one of the most popular Festivals snacks like Diwali and Dussehra snacks.
    4) Bhavnagri gathiya is tradional Gujrati. It's also called as Farsan. Made from Besan (Gram flour) and some spices.This Bhavnagri gathia is a convenient and quick snacking option that can be had at anytime of the day, especially with Tea or Coffee. I've shown very traditional and easy method so even beginners also make this easily without having much ingredients.
    This Gathiya are also popular as favorite Diwali snack.
