The thing I dislike about tft is how competitive it is. You play a match against 7 other people, and if you don’t know exactly what you are doing with your board and units, the entire game is practically up to luck.
And I hate the game because it's meta focus now. Everyone is trying to play all the meta team. Where was the time we play for tactical and to counter other. Also the game randomness is out of control, augs make u tied into a single team. You can no longer adapt when the game reach the ending.
And how competitive it is only matters cuz of the things Snnuy and others said, its a complete package. As someone who was never a League of Legends player it surprises me a lot how TFT can be successful and LOR not. I feel like TFT doesnt know what it wants to be. It wants to be a less mechanical (in terms of momentum of playing the game) but just as "flashy and pretty and everything moves" as league which keeps it from actually being a great game and a good experience for people who enjoy strategy/card games.
if you want to get a start into playing tft and learning the new set, try tocker's trials, it gives you all the time you need to look at your units and items and decide what to do
Thing about Nila is that with correct relicts she's already strong enough to beat the endgame adventures. I beat Karma with Nila 3* with 3 copies of the relict that gives random epic items on my 3rd attempt in less than 25 minutes
I do get the TFT take but I also feel that LoR is hard to get into. I remember my friend (god bless him) spent hours playing with me in 1v1s and helping me make some decks and yet I was still losing because I didn’t know the cards. It was very frustrating.
No items in TFT? ...I dunno, I like my janky item combo that makes a "tank" build up to one-shot everything. I get what you mean though, it's not friendly to new players. And good to know Ibaaros is just so powerful Aatrox can sense him in hand.
Idea suggestion: idk if you ever consided this before or not but how about a REDDIT RECAP of LoR memes? be it in the official sub of LoR or Snnuy, every few weeks or so you collect memes related to LoR and review/explain them in a vid 🤔
I stopped playing TFT after the music themed set, i believe thats set 8. I played alot, and i mean alot of TFT before, but somehow i completely lost the need of playing it after years of sets. Thats stuff i had happen to other games too tho, where from one day to another i just stopped playing, so this take might be a bit biased ^^
I play TFT only sometimes (likely only when a new set release) and I quite enjoy the few game I play (like I do top 1 in my first game of the new set). So I can't understand your feeling about this set when it's like we have the same experience (don't play TFT too much, like auto battler). I can figure it out it's not beginner friendly but when you have the experience of that type of game it feel good for me. However I can say it's the PVE mod I enjoy the most (all the time to play and you can play the comp you really want)
I play since the Beta of TFT, i absolutly love it, i understand the disliking of how complex and competitive it can be. It's just that you can't enjoy it if you don't know what you do or you are too slow.
I hate how everything i know about TFT set and comps is useless after each new set and even 0.5 set, Meta changes so much each patch. Now you need have multiple traits and know how they synergy with each other like I would be playing Jazz every single game. I have to follow build that is already hard to understand or spent every single second in game trying to think what synergies units have while trying to guess who is my carry i give items to. Fuck pivoting and fuck mix trait synergies. Ghostly dryad and juggernaunt spin2win garen were best sets
Even though I haven't been watching that regularly, Snnuy and LoR are still my most watched channel and game by far according to my RUclips Gaming Wrapped🥹
do you know? orn has special animations with duplicate effects. like play summon copy of me or in 6+ mana copy your spell. They provide a doubling animation in the form of an orn hammer. That's really cool... considering the last update 😭😭😭
Honestly the tocker’s trail is its own level of BS. But it is a good way to get back into TFT. You can take as long as you want (up to 30 minutes per match) which makes it easier to discover what works. Now I also think some of the encounters are BS and you need to plan for them to win but tha fact that you can take almost as long as you need to plan and learn what everything does is so nice.
So my friend told me just play the game for a week and I might get it. Mate if a game takes more than an hour to understand the basics, the devs have failed to explain it.
I think i am on His Side. I played only active when demacia with emblems was possible every game. After that i quit because dont have the time to learn 60hours every season what is good and what Not. I Play also other Games so i quit
saying items in tft is bad is almost like playing PoC without the powers and that sound terrible, you dont need the meta if you play stuff off meta its even better when there no contestant
Yeah but the balancing is so bad there's always that one guy who played META strategies in every lobby. Its just kinda sucks when you try experimenting with new strategies just to be completely obliterated by the same META over and over again. Especially in two set before this one (the bard guinsoo ones, i don't know what set is that)
But the items in tft is worse than ever. You got 2 morello and red buff that do the same shlt, rage blade and nashor??? No counter spell, no counter crit? And I don't even get to talk about artifacts and support items. I don't even know what in the pool, how to guarantee get one that I really need for my build. It's just random bullshlt, that's why it sucks.
@@naldothadeus6310 at least i can build 1 of the items i need when i cant get the piece for other instead of blaming the rng,did the counter spell of quicksilver and the crit resist on thornmail not there anymore??? the artifacts n support not even appear that much
Item can add flavour to the game but to enjoy it you need to know the recipe which the new players always struggle. It's just too much to read everything
@@deishukaiki4870that's counter cc, not counter spell. Remember how dragon claw reduce 50% dmg taken from spell? There're lot more I wanted to address but I left in on my office pc. You should play Ornn! Even at 3 stars he's fun
