What about the Mustang build we voted on awhile back? NPK being your bread and butter seems like you're missing out on valuable testing time! Especially, with it being a new car. I just think it's really important in NPK to get out the gate with some good finishes. It's a grind middle of the season to the end and coming out firing on all cylinders pun intended is super important brother! Just my opinion. I just hope you're not spreading yourself too thin with all the other racing

Saw you on the Flo racing channel!! At Bradenton for the World Series of pro mod .. sorry to see you struggle so much- but don’t be so hard on yourself man - it’s a complete new car with what - 5 runs on it !! It takes 50 runs to really iron a new car out bro as I’m sure u know .. maybe 35 but most drivers say 50 runs to iron a new car out … even having the same combo engine and transmission an rearend , suspension setup as the other cars - u still need to adjust it to the different chassis and the different wheelbase, etc … u all are doing very well to be honest!!! Ur a good driver dads a good tuner - and u can run with the best of them - with an ironed out car ! U think Stevie fast or anyone like him had a new car with 4 passes on it !? Ha hell no ! There ironed out running low 3.60s to high 3.50s every run ….. in Tim I’m positive u will get there - I’m voting on ya brother!!!

I’m not hating on Justin. I remember running with him when he ran Real Street back in the day.
He has so many irons in the fire at the moment, that I am sure it is very difficult for him and his team to concentrate. They have been burning the candle at both ends for at least the last month or two.
I’m sure they will get the new ProMod lined out, it’s just gonna take them some time.

Justin, talk to your camera guy that is recording your launches. Tell him to get lower and behind the car so yu can also look at what the tire is doing on the launch. Seeing the tire's behavior is something that also can help with getting the times you want.
How are you getting faster? Is it searching finding a combination of the converter transmission gearing and rear end gearing ?

@@johno6963he got a promod because until 5 days ago he didn’t think he had a job in npk anymore . He’s never run promod and had a week to test . It could have been much worse . Now that he has npk for another year this car will be sold or stuck in the corner for the next 8 months .
Not about his team I left to do something else it didn't work out so I ended up here. Justin team is great I wanted a slower paced lifestyle.
Kyle is still here and helps Justin every chance he gets due to work. So, I'm not sure where you all are getting your information from!! Everyone except Slinky is still around on the team, EVERYONE!! As for those who think he will be broke in time, you better think again.🤷♀️ He is an astute businessman at such a young age!!😊

We LUV ya Justin,, we really do BUT WRT being a 'boss',, a boss treads a very fine line if he gets involved with the grab ass'n and teasing. Sometimes a boss MUST be the boss and come down on an employee BUT if the boss is a part of the grab ass'n and screw'n around, poking harmless fun at each other etc,, MIXED SIGNALS can be a result. You must discipline yourself and remain in the distance from the "Tom Foolery". It's fine to let the crew screw around in the down time BUT stay away from being a part of it yourself. Yes,, I do know what I'm talking about 'cause I did exactly what I'm sharing when I started my concrete construction business in 1976. By 1979 after hiring and firing I don't remember how many guys I fired EVERYONE, worked by myself for 2 years and started again,, this time I followed what I shared and kept my crew at length. I had 2 fellows, my foremen for two crews with me for 18 years and 3 finishers with me for 12 years. They knew their places,, I knew mine and it worked successfully until I handed my business "lock, stock and barrel" to my 2 foremen and retired 2014. They're still going strong in 2024.
