That’s a nice setup. I have a rain gauge with display that I use to track sprinkler system needs. I also have a drip irrigation system that I use to water flower pots. Not having to water with a watering can everyday is awesome. My system is dumb, a fully automated system like that looks great.

Ive had several rainpoint timers and products and for some reason they just never held up to the weather here in Texas. Maybe the new stuff will, but the past two years they've failed on me. Giving Rachio's new timers a try.

I've tried Orbit's B-hyve, and they are made out of a lot of plastic and mine worked for a season, but even taking everything in for the winter, still leaked the next season.

Speaking of fungicides, do you guys believe there is a safe way to use herbicides and fungicides? Having a baby now, I want him to be safe as well as myself and wife

Do you have any idea if the rain gauge combined with the phone app will have any subscription fees? I'll pre-order it right now if I know there's not any subscriptions to go along with it.

Do they mention anywhere if local only works or does everything run through their servers? I'm still mildly salty about Rain Machine.
