I loved it a lot! does not tire. You enjoy as you push the limits of your muscles. The last 5 minutes were challenging for me, and my goal is to fully realize the last 5 minutes. I can move on to other videos later. I think to do it every 2 days
This was the perfect ankle weight leg workout! Hit all the major muscle groups well! Loved the burnout at the end! Used 5lb ankle weights and it was a great challenge! Thanks girl! We added this on to your 30 Minute Arms & Core! 💗💪🏻
