The 9 have started leaving the painting table....FINALLY!
We're super excited to finally have our first Ringwraith tutorial live on the channel for your viewing pleasure!!
This plastic kit was an absolute joy to paint and we provide a recipe here which can easily be replicated across all the Nazgul to create one of the most terrifying and deadly forces!
We really enjoyed experimenting with new recipes for black cloth and horse flesh as well as new techniques such as manual shading to really create depth to this model and bring him to life....well...unlife? On the tabletop!
We hope you enjoy and as always..
Happy Hobbying!

This is spectacular. Hoping to start my Witch King next week once the model arrives, and I love your guide. As a painter who's looking to really push his skill with these models, do you have any tips for adding the lighter tones on the cloaks and horse skin tones? Whenever I've tried to do this, I've found the patches don't transition well together. Is it a trial and error thing, or is there some good advise on getting those colours to blend nicely? Thanks.
Thank you so much!! The best advice in that regard I could offer is apply the lighter tones little and often, sometimes it might not look like theres much difference but with constant build up and slight variations in the tone you get a much more blended and natural transition. Remember though you can always add more paint, you cant take it away once applied. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can do anymore for you :)
Maybe normal Mordor-Orks next?
Orc do be coming!!
Have you done the Fel Beast yet? I’d like to see that
Not yet, gearing up to that one mentally!
@@PlanetMithril oh ok Thanks
great work! Do you plan on doing any miniatures from laketown soon?
Thank you! We will do Laketown when we start branching out into the hobbit era models....we do however have Bard and Militia filmed already
@@PlanetMithril Awesome! can't wait!
Hey just got the battle host and Iv got the paints but not all the ones in the video, so what would you say all the main paint I need for the witch king
Main paints for the witch king I would say, black, a grey to highlight, leadbelcher, a suitable brown for the horse and whatever shades you want to add definition :)
That looks like a really cool model pose. I"ll be painting mine soon. Thanks for the walk-through. Your channel helps and guides my painting. Thanks for everything
It is a super fun model to paint, one of my most recent favourites! You're welcome i'm glad the content is of help!
