‘Coming to Terms’: Health Literacy video

14 client representatives were interviewed and filmed across Brisbane, Rockhampton and Mt Isa. They shared with us their understanding of Alcohol and Drug relevant clinical words and provided feedback around why workers need to be aware of health literacy. This video is part of the longer one hour seminar provided above around the Coming to Terms Project.
