I saw Bob in November of 1995 at a General Admission show in Dallas where we could crowd the stage. I wore Ray Bans and had long curly hair. Dylan kept nodding at me all night. He even came up and played harmonica just feet away from me. It was AWESOME!
It is utterly mind-blowing how good this performance is, and I watch A LOT of incredible concert performances of Bob. This came up on my feed just as I was getting ready for bed and very sleepy, but I would keep my eyes open with toothpicks to finish watching it, though I could just as easily see this in the morning, and I will rewatch it-but I'm enchanted in a magical performance here. My god, this version of Tears of Rage! There are just so many profound moments in this performance. That's Bob. A rich, storied character and force who leaps straight out of the Great American Songbook, which he is constantly rewriting anyway. Written about him. Written by him. What a gift.
This is so good! Bob is in top form with a top form band! Bob singing with true emotional investment! He also plays such wonderful harmonica and guitar including great lead work. So close up you can see some of his furtive cues and there was one to J.J. that I almost marked with a stamp!😉Bob thanks the audience after almost every song and he is obviously enjoying this gig. It is such a pleasure to watch this beautiful footage and listen to these songs with such superb sound! Deep thanks for this Wools! ✨🌹✨
Loved this concert. Can't believe the quality of the recording from those far gone days. Drove from Gloucester with directions on my passenger seat. No GPS in those days, for me anyway. Queued outside , got talking to some locals who couldn't believe that Bob Dylan, Bob bloody Dylan was performing at their local Leisure centre. Stood as near to the front as I could, nice bit of space around me till the show started then everybody surged forwards, as usual, always a sense of danger mingling with the smell of incense. Brilliant to see him without guitar to start the show, a legacy from the Prague show we'd all read about. Loved the show then, good luck picking a favourite, and this stellar recording is a brilliant keepsake. Thanks to all involved.
I prefer late 70s Bob... Hard Rain special, Fort Collins, Colorado 1976 is a favorite of mine.. and Hard to Handle, 1986 special with Petty &:Heartbreakers - Sydney, Australia is superb! 🦘 They're both here on YT, in fact they might be on this channel 🤍

Wow probably one of the best live shows of Dylans I've seen here on RUclips. This version of Mr. Tambourine Man is so beautiful I wish he would still pull that one out once in awhile!
Literally blown away (and all I've watched so far is 'Desolation Row'!!). Oh my God, Woolly you are a prince. This is just beautiful. Words fail me. I can see me watching this all weekend non-stop So wish I had been there. You are Mr. D's ultimate curator, God bless ye❤❤❤❤
Yes it’s a good one I agree , Someone has to do it right? But I love filming and preserving these for future generations. I have a few personal favs too if you would like some recommendations
I want to thank all involved from the bottom of my heart. Absolutely stunning Bob so has it going on full of all we have came to love him for. Emotion I can feel his performance ,the band amazing, his voice awe, then show topper harmonica ! Literally just finished watching and watching over again! The end was the complete package passion better than sex , I believe I want more ?Round 2…I so adore! With admiration, respect, and love I appreciate you Bob Dylan! Incredibly, Sheri💋
Songs are pretty close to originals 👍🏻 At times he makes them almost unrecognizable. I can't blame him.. I'd prolly do the same after performing the same songs for over half a century 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Live performances from Hard to Handle Special, Australia, 1986 & Hard Rain, Fort Collins, Colorado, 1976 are my 2 favorites. Both are still available on YT 🕊️
There are tons and loads of great live performances of Dylan on RUclips. We are experiencing a deluge and heyday of his performances being uploaded. You could probably spend days or a whole week, maybe more, watching his live performances back to back.
a big thank you because you know that I love it when I see J.J. and Bobby from more "desolation row" "being my second favorite song, I am delighted for the weekend that said excellent concert my dear Woolhy good week end for you too ☻♥♥♥♥🥰🥰
Thank you, Bob Dylan, you and your band are wonderful and amazing 💞 and always will be. Thank you!! Elizabeth 🌺 The greatest artist poet and writer ever made in my life and generation. Elizabeth ❤️
Saw Bob several times in the 90’s. One show early on he was not very good but toward the end of the decade he had found him form. One show with Paul Simon was especially great.
It works so well The guitaring sounds like Keith Richards but I'm losing my sight so maybe it is not Keith playing with you ! 😂 I do love this song Have a good weekend and thanks for posting this to me

The 90's were good times. Tickets were easy and cheap and Bob was in the best form of his career.

My life is recounted in Bob Dylan eras. ❤
This is amazing. A word of praise for Tony Garnier, who is incredible throughout and shows why he is Dylan's guy. Legend.

Tears of Rage ,this performance is great. The entire performance is treasured.Thank you
自分が初めて生で観たかもしれないが、ギターJJ、ドラムがハードアタッカーのワトソン、このバンド編成が好きだった。やはり格好いい。国際フォーラムの盛上りが忘れられないです
I was there!!! Fabulous show.
This was my first Bob show.
There are few, if any, great live recordings of Bob Dylan. This one may the best.
Songs are pretty close to originals 👍🏻 At times he makes them almost unrecognizable.
