Yeah, the gold room is amazing! There are ceiling frescos within Florentine Room in the north building, but I wasn't able to access that portion of the hotel in this video.
I'm visiting Chicago in August for the Metallica shows and just by coincidence, booked myself a room at Congress Plaza because of its location to Soldier Field. Now I'm really excited about my trip because of the hotels history.
Brian, if you notice when you were talking about that woman with the 3 kids on the 13th floor what happened to them in the beginning on the video, the camera lagged and skip what you were gonna say, happen to them. 👻
Yeah it was freaky. If you watch the full uncut hour long recording of the livestream my connection cuts out for several seconds until I went to the second level...then it suddenly comes back when I decide to go up that scary dead-end stairway off the lobby. All of the activity seemed to be happening in the older original northern portion of the hotel that dates back to 1893.
@@brianreallychicago Chicago is just full of hauntings. It would be great if you did videos about the paranormal activity in haunted areas or cemeteries.
The Golden Ballroom is Beautiful. Excellent Video. 👍👍👍👍.
I agree. Thanks for watching!
Totally a Shinning vibe.
