The Terranea Resort is amazingly beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

They may rest in the same general area, or companionable animals may pair for sleeping while swimming. While sleeping, the bottlenose dolphin shuts down only half of its brain, along with the opposite eye.

Yes there's definitely a nice swimming pool area, or did you mean beach/ocean swimming? If so, there is also a nice private little beach area a short walk away perfect for swimming, kayaking, etc.
