Surota Onishi Like I said, a good majority of them don't actually believe in it. The original dude was sort of making fun of Christians who didn't want evolution taught in schools, so he wrote a letter about how he didn't believe in evolution but in the FSM and blah blah blah. It sort of took off as a joke religion from there. The weirdest thing I've heard about them is that there are some members who wear kitchen implements on their heads and call them "religious headgear," but they're the exception rather than the rule.
That's not a cult, that's a REAL religion!
It's a joke. The people actually are just taking exactly what Christianity is and replacing everything with noodle terms. Like instead of Amen its Ramen. It's meant to show that if you can believe in a god then they can believe in a god that did the exact same things but is different in appearance. It's just to show the ridiculousness of a certain religion.

Theres nothing wrong with cults, a cult is just a movement of people usually a private group that usually have some kind of dogma. Literally all religions are cults. Hollywood has misused and abused the word cult occult and anything related. For example I'm a luciferian. We are technically a satanic cult, but we are really nothing like hollywood portrays us. For example they portray us alot as if we believe in killing humans for magickal means and we actually in real life have rules against stealing from others which includes blood or life force. We also dont use animals for sacrifices. Many of the stigmas about stuff like voodoo and witchcraft are purely false or are very old world ways which arent practiced anymore.

I belong to AA, it is not a cult, it a help group that has helped thousands to straighten out the lives, thank goodness they exist or I wouldn't be here today, I'm a proud owner of AA.
same, I mean AA is actually supposed to be a program for those struggling with addiction, & it has helped many in that case. but a lot of the people running in them are in fact people who came from religious cults or if not that then pyramid schemes, which have similarities to them. so then all these people mix up together in AA, they brainwash each other, habits of one another get picked up, & all sorts of things, & so they just end up doing the same they did in whichever cult like thing they come from, only thing that is likely is that they do it with being sober

There was a Nuwabian temple in my hometown. Looked like a big, awesome, golden pyramid. I always thought it was a funhouse as a kid.
