Hi Carl thanks so much for the mention at last I am famous 😊🚂👍.My dads family moved from Wales to East Anglia many moons ago. They were all miners in South Wales.Still thanks again and it’s another great video.
@@MichaelDavies-pg8td Hi Michael, I have cousins in Norwich & Peterborough. Two of my Dads brothers moved too each of them in the fifty,s. So if you meet a Gauntlett its probably a relative. All the best butty. Carl.
Some nice reliable locos there Carl. I prefer the older ones that you can pick up without breaking them. I love the wagon too, it adds a bit more colour to the layout.
@@andrewrice6596 Hi Andrew, I,m with you as you know I like the old stuff. I,v got two Triang Jinty,s that are 70 yrs old, and run great. How many new models will last that long? Having said that I would like the Dapol Manor. The Weetabix truck was a lucky buy, I buy a lot of my road vehicles off Del Boy, he has a shop in pontypool. I was lucky that day, it's a Liedo and a limited edition. Thankyou for watching butty. All the best. Carl.
Hi Carl, more great locos running, although Dylan says you haven't sorted your road out yet 😁, honestly some people. Great video again cheers James and Dylan 🙂👍
@@DYLINGTONMODELRAILWAY Hi guys, thankyou for watching as always. Dylan is right, should have been started by now. Just had so much going on, since I,v retired I hav,nt stopped. Anyway tell Dylan I will try over the next couple of weeks. All the best guys. Carl.
Ps Carl I forgot to mention,I have both new and older stock on my layout, but I do prefer the older items, there is something nice about running an item that someone else has cherished over the years.
I mostly look at used locos these days. The RRP of new models is seldom reasonable these days and they don't often offer the prototypes I am interested in.
@@andrewjenkinson272 Hi Andrew, I agree with you. The prices are way over the top. They are so detailed, every time you service one something falls off. I have a three Bachmann loco,s like that. Thankyou for watching Andrew. All the best. Carl.

@@carlgauntletttrains3026 I like the look of the Dapol Manor too but just don't have the finances at the moment to buy anything .
