Thank you very much! We're all merely the product of our own said environments, and unfortunately, not much of anything else. I was rather fortunate in that I had professors who understood this and, made a gallant effort to educate us based upon a more worldly requisite of knowledge, rather than just another static version of some canonized curriculum. That allowed me to view these passages of culture free from all biased attitudes that would've otherwise clouded my overall interpretation.
I love Allen Ginsberg. If it weren't for him, we'd all still be living in the oppressive G-rated-only era of Eisenhower. Because of this man's poetry, we've learned to evolve and express our inner souls trapped behind a wall of oppression and conformity.
