This album is my go-to for coping. I have listened to it for years-through a struggling marriage, divorce, deaths, sleepless nights and stress-filled days. It has become a trusted friend I can rely on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brian Crain for creating such beauty. It soothes my soul in way no other can.
I listened to it through the death of my dog, and with him before he died.

how is it possible not to love this?
I started listening to this album when my kids were 2 and 6, now they're 3 and 7, and they still ask for "sleepy music, Dad". We love this album, they fall asleep quickly and quietly, listening to it. Thank you, and please thank your Cellist.

That's such beautiful wording for the piano and cello! I definitely agree, the two are some of the most beautiful instruments apart, but put together they can make the most graceful sounds and it's just splendid to listen to.
