    What’s your favourite Mini Amp?

      Huge fan of everything Friedman!!!

@@Producelikeapro i love the SLO, but the Bogner has lots of options. The Friedman has a very rich woody tone.. they’re all great little amps

Them far away simple days of sitting with a little four track and recording our efforts, was a great easy hands on introduction to mixing as much as just hearing what we actually sounded like, but most of all it was just so much simple fun, no option paralysis back then, haha. Sounding phenomenal as always Jamie, great to see the old faithful Supersport getting an outing again 👍

Option Paralysis!! Hahaha I love that, and how true it is. I stick pretty much to the same plugins for that reason, UAD, IK, TC and some IZotope. It can become over kill. With the guitar this is actually #3, looks the same as my old faithful, but this one is soapbars and fixed bridge. Don’t worry, the original one still gets lots of use, it’s still my go too.

They all sound good when you play an intro like that. Wow! You know it's good when you not only hear it, but you feel it too.

Nice tones from all amps, but the Bogner is my favourite. There's something about it that I really like for rhythm, it seems to have quite a warm tone that is still articulate. The Soldano sounds amazing for lead, would love to hear it in a late 80s / early 90s George Lynch - Lynch Mob context with the chorused lead sound!

Yeah I really like the Bogner.. its the most versatile out of the four amps

Check out my Mini SLO video from last year for EVH style 90's chorus tones.

I wonder what would happen if you ran the line out from one of these into a tube amp, and basically used these like a distortion pedal? Maybe something really cool.

Not sure if that’s possible. The only output you could run would be the send, but the send interrupts the signal unless running back into the return. You couldn’t run the speaker out put as there’d be no load on the Mini plus you’d be pumping 30 watts into the input of a tube amp or power amp. Without a slave out it won’t work

@@SixStringAlliance Darn. I thought if you didn’t hook up a cabinet to these it would allow you to run the send direct to DAW or something else without a load. These amp scientists are keeping me from glory. 😂👍
