Step 1: Download Zip file
Step 2: Unzip File
Step 3: Open File
Step 4: Go to last file - WL384灯_led
Step 5: Click - WL384灯_led
Step 6: Add picture Or Video File MB Less Than 10Mb
Step 7: Crop the Pic or Video with a given Round circle
Step 8: Click transfer Wait for 100%
Step 9: Repeat Step 7 and 8 to Add More Pic or Video Upto 10 Files
Step 10: Final step Click Download and save in memory card
Important Save the files in the Given Memory Card ( File Extension .Bin )

I saved the video file as a bin but the video is distorted on the holo fan. Can you tall me what I need to do to fix this.
having some issues - all the files I upload come out fuzzy - i can make out the image abit buts its like its exploded? Im converting MOV files to bin - also same with jpg's - any ideas? any specific formats i need to be aware off?

yes, it will work unless you don't change the file type from .bin .
Is there any app that can connect to the fan as it says wifi enabled?

I did all of this and my hologram wont show the pictures i can tell they change but its like only colors no pictures pls help
the software should be compatible with your fan size, our software will not work on 224 LEDs and some of the 384 Led fans, so please contact your seller for the correct software, or you can mail us the details to sales@eshark.in we will get back to you with a solution. thank you.
