i think she means you can only use that top coat for making the peel off base coat because it’s mixed with cuticle oil now so it won’t work/be as effective if you try to use it as a normal top coat. so have one top coat you use to make peel off base coat, and another top coat for use as normal 😊

Yes!! It just needs to be a top coat that will be dedicated for peel-off base coats lol
