@@PrivateSi What does light do through ice ? So the millions of light years between us and the stars there are no ice belts? Let alone planets asteroids radiation belts etc etc etc.
The theory of dark matter energy assumes the galaxies we see has similar amount and weight of planets our solar system has. What if those solar systems have bigger planets vs star size or hundreds of them? Or the star is helium/hydrogen and the planets are gold/platinum. Iron planets weight lots more than gas planets.
All the guessing using our solar system as a standard has too many flaws. Even red shift is full of flaws if we are looking through ice belts in all directions. Even asteroid belts can deflect and refract the light we see.
Great thinking !! I would suggest that SR plays a role , we know for all practical purposes anything in a black hole does not exist in our spacetime however the GR is unaffected. Let's calculate the time dilation on the outer edge of a galaxy and count that against the centrepedal force needed to hold those objects in orbit. Since time is important in figuring centrifugal force and dilation isn't a factor in gravitational calculations.
There is a possibility that the motion of earth contributes to physics "at rest" that is incorrect or incomplete. My theory is there are 3 dimensions, 1 of electric, 1 of magnetic, and 1 of aetheric, and these 3 contribute to a 4d with "time" to form a unity of all motions observable. Like how some solids do not permit light to pass through them because the electric and magnetic are at such a frequency so as to block the photons, whereas other solids like crystal have a thinner aetheric frequency bandwidth so as to allow photons to pass. Just throwing out some ideas.

In other videos, Lee speaks of the variability of the constants, is it related with that? Is c=1 (3000.000km/s) only for distance of stars as the Sun? does c tends to zero at the center of galaxies?

It seems that one simplest extension of the Newtonian gravity theory is not only universal but also is a high dimensional supergravity.
it is expected according to this extension of the Newtonian gravity theory that the flat rotation curves of galaxies result from the superposition of two escape velocity curves of light, one escape velocity curve of light represents the escape velocity of light from the potential field of galaxies in the inner parts of galaxies in where the Newtonian acceleration is predominant, the other escape velocity curve of light represents the escape velocity of light from the potential field of Multiverse in the outer parts of galaxies in where the empirical acceleration obtained by Milgrom in the halo of galaxies is predominant.
It turns out that this simplest extension of the Newtonian gravity gives the matter distributions in the galaxies in complete agreement with those obtained using the dynamical properties of galaxies or the gravitational lensing method.
Basically this confirms that : 1) The problem of dark matter in the outer parts of galaxies is due to the connection between the empirical acceleration obtained by Milgrom and the Multiverse ; 2) The problem of dark matter in the inner parts of galaxies is due to the dual Newtonian interaction between the light and the potential field of galaxies ; and 3) The problem of dark energy is due to a misinterpretation of supernova data and cosmic parameters.
For comparison with literature 70 % of matter was eliminated from the mass excess due to the connection between the light and the Multiverse in the outer parts of galaxies and from the mass excess due to the dual Newtonian interaction between the light and the potential field of galaxies in the inner parts of galaxies.
This is because the observational data for the dynamical properties of galaxies are affected with the so-called an expanding universe effect.
quantum gravity has to be the invisible scaffolding in a galaxy where all planets communicate their locations to keep them rotating in the order they do, kind of like spooky action between every planetary body in galaxies.

Empty space without any matter is without time or gravity. In order for matter to exist, empty space has to curve around it. It will do so for small quantities of matter like one particle and it will do the same for large quantities of matter like an entire galaxy. It seems logical that empty space curves around a complete galaxy too. That's also the reason why we can see the same distant quasar multiple times. Because the light emitted by the quasar follows the curves of empty space.
In my opinion there is no such thing as space-time. There is empty space and due to the curving around matter, it creates a resistant force that we experience as time and gravity. Time because it takes longer for emty space to curve around matter and gravity because matter is pushing emty space away in order to be there. The more matter, the more curving, the more gravity, the slower time evolves. This also suggests that empty space is not empty but consists of a static field, resisting matter by nature and creates electro magnetic fluctuations on sub atomic levels. In fact matter is very real, but since we ourselfs are made of matter, the electro magnetic fluctuations are filtering the presence of sub atomic particles to our observation. Maybe there's only one electron-positron and because of the electro magnetic vibrational repetition, it is present all over the static field of empty space. This may also be the case with all other particles. There is only one of each.
You said "Empty space without any matter is without time or gravity" but empty is also a data like zero and it must be propagate or register itself somewhere. For empty space time must flow because its changeable like 1 or 0.
There is only space. Time is there because C is not infinite. I think John Wheeler suggested in the seventies already what you are suggesting (one particle of each in the universe). Thus, what we commonly descibe as fields is one particle (set of properties). The rest is statistics. Yep, it is a theory. I would like to see how it can be (dis)proven.
Empty space exists in atoms, not just outer space. The idea of 'empty space' wrapping around matter, erm, especially to make it exist, is utter nonsense.... Matter contains much empty space and sub-matter. Scientists should look into a model where void expansion is linked to galactic gravity - the 'stuff' that holds space and base particles together gets used up somewhat by matter so there is less in voids. Voids expand as their +ve points repel. +ve charge points held together by -ve charge 'sea' or 'ether'... If the universe is a black hole there would be some general expansion too though in this 'getting there' model. Needs a load of known and possibly unknown fundamental constants and ratios chucked at it by a computer.

It's a placeholder name, you are stuck on semantics... And no, all doesn't point to it being a form of unknown gravity, you are making that up in your head.
*No need for dark matter.* Think like an engineer engineer, a galactic differential system.
Solution; what drives the rotation of the Galaxy it's not the center of the spiral Galaxy but there are two separate systems. Central galactic system and the outer system.
In other words, there are two systems at play here, the inner galactic center and a separate outer ring system. Two systems are tenuously held together but nevertheless there are separate systems. The outer circumference is governed mostly by plasma rotation and the inner is governed mostly by gravitational forces.
The central galactic zone behaves classically but the periphery breaks away from this Newtonian behavior, the objects in the outer zone are sped up due to plasma rotation.
