I can explain. The acidic mixture gets applied to spikes itself. Every spike gets it. As long as the spike factory has the effect. Like so tewtiy can see.

rather than ai, this is just like a fixed auto hoitkey that someone programmed with the (very common most used) strat to beat dark castle chimps. but it still pretty cool. i mean, take the free win

What classifies as being an artificial intelligence?
Unless this has done thousands of repeated tests to come up with that strategy, then I doubt it's an AI. Plus, I don't think there's anyone who would make an AI player for Bloons and release a version that just so happens to have the solution. It feels more like someone recorded their successful CHIMPS run using macros so that way you can get a consistent run using that popular strategy.

@@naufalfarhan6324 AIs can learn from mistakes and apply new knowledge to problems they haven’t seen before. A program that works out from scratch how to beat a chimps game by itself would be AI, this is not.
It's not an AI, it is a macro, but I guess an AI could have made it.
8:10 the reason why he got the acid pool is most likely because the AI was made before the update where they switched around the faster throwing and acid pool. But if that isn't enough evidence the AI is also using the EXACT strategy that everyone did back when the faster throwing was the second upgrade on the bottom path.
Edit: Acidic mixture dip DOES make the pspike be able to pop leads permanently

14:00 if the p-spike has the effect while placing the spike, that spike will stay buffed even if the buff expires. This will not work if the alchemist is sold.

@@zarif1217 I didn’t see any other comment when writing this, I have a little bit of knowledge about machine learning and AI but not nearly enough to really say anything much about it. However I do entirely agree with you about the macro and AI making different decisions. You basically summed everything up in the way that I wanted to when I wasn’t able to.

A person just set the computer to do certain inputs at certain times. The strategy is behind the person who made the TAS, not the TAS itself. I think this would be defined as a macro?

I learned that I should use druids more than I already have which is a lot
13:14 When you apply the acidic mixture dip onto a spike factory it makes all the spikes made in that period pop leads. Even if the buff is not on the spike factory the spikes produced then will still pop leads, but not the spikes now, cause the buff is not there. But, the top cross path for perma- spike will allow it to have +40 pierce, making it 90 pierce, buffing it’s damage by around 80%
you phrased it wrong and missed something, not only does the alch buff effect perma spike's damage, it makes it MUCH BETTER (500 damage to 700, 10 damage and 50 pierce to 11 damage, 54 pierce, and 18% more attack speed), and with the perma spike's slow attack speed it can let the alchemist have 100% uptime, also the middle path gives a better synergy with alchemist, if only a little better, in other words:
with alchemist, the perma spike can always hit leads and is a lot better

If you look carefully when the camo bloons came there were exactly enough to pop them. Basically the AI does math of the game and makes the perfect calculations to make it just enough
No it doesnt do math, there is a recorded strategy than the macro creator then did while recording it to a macro and uploaded it here, since those were on the dot normal dark castle placements starting tower places etc

it's a macro and the creator just wanted to sound smart, he copied tutorials from dabloon and made a simple macro to redo the steps

Funny part about this is there's no AI involved in this it's just a preset of controls predetermined and it's just played back in a file that is converted to mouse and keyboard movements and presses pretty common you can do this with your average mouse software if you wanted to that's if you have a specific gaming mouse not all of them can do that.

It’s called a macro. This isn’t AI/ML, or anything close to that. It uses a prerecorded set of actions at very specific times to play. And tewtiy, no. Moving your mouse shouldn’t destroy the game, as it sets the mouse position, doesn’t change it by say 50.

Also, to answer your question, yes, because the spikes are a projectile, and that’s how AMD works. It gives every projectile LPP (Lead Popping Power)

With the spike factory I’m pretty sure that it not pops lead ballon’s with the acidic mixture currently on the tower because you put acidic mixture on the tower not the projectiles

Tewtiy it's when you get the buff on the spike it always has it and every new spike still has it if the buff is in but when it's place the spikes the spikes still gets the buff and it's always there unless the spike ran out
